I ended up having to go to the office myself to pick up the referral, which again meant more time off work. I have also never actually seen Dr. Joanna Ayala. Patients are routinely scheduled with different nurse practitioners, and the provider seems to change frequently. The only provider I really liked was Hannah, but she is no longer there. Overall, the repeated issues with communication and coordination have been frustrating and costly.

I waited on hold for 30 minutes after being told the doctor would pick up the phone for our appointment only to find out the doctor had called me 3 times during that time because he works from home and "the front office girls dont know that." (My phone didnt ring since i was on hold but i would have been ready to go if i was told to wait for the doctor to call me.)
