Well, after our phones arrived 3 days late, turns out they did not know how to transfer LG K20 to Samsung A17, told us the phones were too old, phone had a bad plug in area, then, told us they do not work on cell phones. Excuse me, but when you walk in, huge area selling cell phones, and insurance for anything you buy there to be repaired there???? Apparently, just not cell phones! Well, turns out all we needed was a $5.00 cord that is micro usb on one end and C usb on the other, transfers thru the cable in a few minutes, even all my years of texts to family, which no company in lancaster, all the major carriers did not know how to transfer texts!!!! Apparently, they do not know how to use the internet for research and education, asked and answered, in a moment! So, questionable on how actually helpful they really are, besides selling you something. Disappointing, for sure, but Yay for me, solved it all myself!
