Tried calling support because of an outage at 10 p.m., but I got an automated message saying business hours are 8-5 Monday- Friday and to leave a voicemail. Yet, their website says phone support is available 8-11 p.m. every day... I've been with this service provider for around 9 months. It's fixed wireless internet. Initially, there were occasional connectivity issues for a couple of months, but it improved, and I enjoyed a problem-free stretch of service. However, recently, my internet randomly goes down every one to two weeks for extended periods, sometimes lasting 12+ hours. Each time this happens, I have to endure lengthy phone calls with their customer support, lasting over an hour, where we go through the same unhelpful troubleshooting steps that only waste my time, like the classic "turn it off and back on" suggestion. Moreover, when I ask about the issue, they can't provide any concrete answers, and their technicians have visited my place 3-4 times and replaced the hardware on the roof, but the problem persists. It's frustrating that the internet goes down randomly, and sometimes it fixes itself at night without anyone addressing the problem. This leads me to suspect that the root cause could be related to either the cell tower or the Chinese company responsible for hosting their 4G antennas. The company's inability to diagnose and resolve the issue and the lack of transparency about what's causing the problem is a significant concern for me as a paying customer. I expected a reliable and stable internet connection, especially considering I'm paying for 100% uptime. I hope the service provider takes the necessary steps to address these issues and provide better customer support and communication. read more

I've had TCW since 2022. So glad I made the change. They've been great from the reliable service to around the clock service when needed. I called in today needing help with a possible router issue. Talked to Jason on the phone and said they can get us a new one installed. Got a call from their tech Braden saying he was on his way. When Braden got here he verified the complaint and instead of just installing the router first he did some diagnostic and found our issue. Because he went above and beyond I had them install the new router too. Thoroughly pleased by everyone involved. read more

TCWorks has been great to us. We recently got fiber optics installed in my area and the speed and service has been fantastic. Even the lower priced package is plenty for me and my wife, even with us working at home. Triston did a wonderful job installing our junction box and router, and worked through a few issues while here. I've also had to call for billing help and Cindy was very kind, helpful, and honest.
