A 1.3 star review is not even worth it to this company…read more At&t is the worst service on the planet. They help with absolutely NOTHING !!!! I had one of those flip phones, I took good care of it, I didn't fold it anymore because I seen a crease starting on it so I treated it like a straight phone. It worked good for a couple years like that. Then black screen, blank, nothing. Restart it, it's ok. It did this off and on for a while. Folding the phone is expected to get a crease but I didn't fold it. Blank screen ? It wasn't that old. I paid $150+ for 2 lines. My daughters phone was just a straight phone but the battery kept dying, she charged it, it would die again shortly after. I called At&t costumer service (Multiple times) and told them the problem with my daughters phone, the girl told me that the phone was discontinued. I did not know they were gonna get rid of it. Eventually the phone completely died and is now just a paper weight. When I told the girl about my flip phone she had no answer for me. I even talked to a manager (costumer service employees are useless, they just answer phones). The manager (managers are also useless just there for a paycheck) told me I had NO insurance and they were not gonna fix my phone or do anything for me. He also told me that I'd have to pay out of my own pocket to fix the screen. Paying $150+ for 2 lines and nothing else, I thought that included insurance also. They took the insurance off my service without my permission. One place I found near me said they could take a look at my phone, replace the screen but it would cost me about $500 dollars or more to get it fixed. And for my daughter, I'd have to get her a brand new phone and STILL have to pay on her old dead phone. So I'd have to pay for 2 lines, 3 phones, $500+ and a partridge in a pear tree. AT&T is the company from .... (you know where) If you want to just throw your money away then At&t is the company for you!! I am happy to say that I don't have the stress of deal with people who just want to sit there, answer phone with an accent you can't understand and collect a paycheck that's it. I now have a different company with 3 lines and I'm now paying LESS than $150.

They cancelled due to the blizzard (understandable). Set up another time (for today) and I confirmed it with a phone call TO THEM on Friday. Here I sit, now told "oh, they're not coming. And if you had the app you would have known that." When I tried to address my overinflated bill with them, they said "You can drop your in-home warranty for $25/month." I've never been so glad to know of other options in my neighborhood. Can't wait to push the "eject" button on AT&T.

I wanted to purchase a new iPhone 13 Pro Max one Sunday afternoon. I was paying cash and just…read morewanted to get the phone, regardless of the carrier. Having already stopped at Best Buy and having literally been sent out the door because I wasn't interested in signing a new contract, I wasn't sure where to go next. I had $1,500 in my pocket and I wanted the new iPhone... Boo Best Buy.... Boo you! Anyway, I was driving up the road and saw the Verizon store and thought, "Hey, they have good service coverage". I had Verizon service once upon a time and didn't have any complaints and anything had to be better than what Best Buy had just pulled. I walked into the store and was greeted by who I would later discover was the General Manager, Ava. She was very personable and got me into their service queue. I waited for about 10 mins (they were reasonably busy - so not a long wait at all) and was greeted by an associate named Michael. I explained what I wanted to do and what had happened at Best Buy and he laughed and told me about a perfect solution to my custom situation. Bottom line. I didn't sign a contract. I got the new iPhone 13 Pro Max I wanted (in the desired color and size). I paid for the phone outright with cash. The phone will unlock automatically in 60 days, but I have Verizon prepaid service until I decide which carrier to stick with for the long haul. I purchased a case and a screen protector after examining the display models. I left the store with my new iPhone activated, transferred, protected, and ready to rock inside of 2 hours (I stayed in the store until my data transfer was complete - you could shave 1.5 hours off this time if you did that at home). Michael was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and courteous throughout my entire experience. The store was quite busy the entire time I was there, but Ava, Michael, and the other staff members always took their time with me and made my time there feel valued and important. I don't know what these other reviews are based on. In my experience this Verizon store offers flagship products and exceptional customer service while still offering excellent deals and reasons to choose them over the competition. I found out after I left that I was actually going to save $300 off my phone bill over the next 12 months if I decide to keep the service. It's in the form of a $25 credit applied to my account every month. Quite the nice little surprise. Just another reason to give them a try! Ask for Michael or Ava, you won't be disappointed. ***By the way: I just read the rest of the reviews for this store and I have to be honest... I didn't see *ANY* signs of laziness, rudeness, or disgruntled customers. To be truthful, I think all of these negative reviews are an angry 10% making 90% of the noise online. For every one bad review on Yelp I'd be willing to bet there are 50 customers who are satisfied but silent. Think about it... don't believe every negative comment you read. Especially when the person posting the review can't spell or properly form sentences. I'm positive the majority of complaints I've read concerning this Verizon Store are a bit.... exaggerated. They helped me get my iPhone 13 Pro Max in an efficient and professional manner. Plus, they only sold me what I told them I wanted. No hardcore sales pitches, no lying, no insults. That's ridiculous. Ok, I'm done ranting. Im just trying to balance the scales a little bit. *** + Here is a summary of how Verizon Sales Associates are paid. + This is straight from CareerTrend.com. Just because they get paid incentive commission doesn't mean you need to go on a witch hunt. It's just to keep everyone motivated. ****************************** ###Base Salary### Verizon typically offers its sales representatives a base salary or hourly wage. The company guarantees this amount regardless of individual performance. The base salary or hourly wage may be the same for all representatives at a certain level. For example, entry-level retail sales representatives in a particular geographic region may earn an hourly wage of $10 regardless of education or experience level. Inside sales representatives may earn an hourly wage of $12 while sales associate positions that require at least a bachelor's degree may offer a base salary of $30,000 per year. ###Commission### Commissions are one of the primary reasons why a sales career has the potential to be lucrative. This is pay that varies with the amount of completed sales and links directly to an individual representative's performance. Verizon pays its sales representatives commissions on confirmed sales. Commissions are usually a percentage of the dollar amount of total sales for a particular period. For example, if a sales representative accumulates $10,000 worth of sales in a month and earns a 10 percent commission, his incentive pay is $1,000. ******************************
