I've eaten at many restaurants and have never been charged extra for a standard salad dressing like that. Our bill was over $130, which felt extremely expensive for what we received. The filet itself was good and the salad was just okay, so the food wasn't all bad. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes into our drive home, all four of us began having significant stomach discomfort and needed to find restrooms because our stomachs were hurting so badly. Needless to say, the rest of our trip home was miserable.
