Sweet new boba spot near my house! Boba cove blows and it's all hyped up and too far of a trip for me. This place is great I love the smoothies and the fresh tea, but the tea needs more ice next time. One of the owner ladies who helped me was very pretty ;) This spot still needs some features like music and pictures to set a better comfier atmosphere. So my first time here and u have to say the drinks are amazing! First boba place I have ever visited that sells a 33oz drink! I had the rainbow pomegranate tea with rainbow jelly and my niece had the Thai tea with boba. We also ordered the popcorn chicken. So both drinks are fantastic! Popcorn chicken is just a tad bit too salty (just a very tad) but great amount for the price. Also, the only suggestion I would have would to maybe be able to get the 10% discount by checking in here instead of after writing a review. It's hard to write a review for something I have not yet tried in order to get the discount. Which is why i had to write 5 words just to show I wrote something. That was a little inconvenient. A small cafe with a big personality! The staff is kind and makes you feel welcomed. The prices are slightly high but the tea is so much better than any other coffee and tea cafes I've been to. It's so bright and inviting and the tea is bound to make you come back again. I ordered the 16 oz. Pomegranate Tea with half the sweetener and it came to $4.35 with tax. Great atmosphere and really good boba. The smoothies are my favorites! They have really really good potstickers (I've not tried the chicken only the pork). Pho is pretty good. The workers here are really nice and kind. They help however they can and usually go above and beyond the normal helping hand. I'm a fan of the student discount too. I'm super happy that we have a place like this here! My family and I tried the strawberry marble , taro tea, honeydew milk teA, milk pudding and a few other drinks and pretty much all were good. If you want cheap great tasting boba and want to chill with friends this is the spot! I tried a taro smoothie with boba and mango jelly it was amazing taro had that milky light sugary taste which it should and it was the perfect balance of sweet. A lot of Boba places make it too sweet, and that's what's great about taro it's not sweet. Anyways fries were fresh and hot. The employees are very friendly and welcoming for the most part. I am so glad I spotted this place. I've affectionately nicknamed it #lightinthedarkness. It's literally and figuratively like a beacon at night. The colors are super bright and fun and definitely inviting. I like the atmosphere and so far we've only had excellent service. The tea is delicious and their appetizers are yum as well. It isn't pricey but definitely worth what you spend. There are plenty of options to choose from on their drink and food menu. If you think your doing something healthy by having smoothies here, your wrong. They are sugar filled powder drink mixes with powdered milk filling. Then they add ice. I investigated because twice my smoothie were gritty and disgusting. You can buy a bag of the powder for 6 bucks on eBay. I wont ever go back. read more

This place has a variety of drinks that are amazing anyways ... the pho is different from what I tried the noodles are ok but everything else is pretty good I got a takeout order so I was hoping to get a lot of food I got like 5 meatballs and little bits of beef..small slices of jalapeño lots of noddles which where meeh but I'm so mad they dnt put basil in my pho very very disappointed who doesn't put basil in pho..only reason I came here today was cause I been sick all week n pho stop and boba cove are closed on Tuesdays and this is located 3 minutes from my house ..but regardless it's not authentic pho I'd stick to PHO STOP or Boba Cove. read more

This place has the best boba I've had around the AV. I do not like that there is only one person working and it takes a while to get my order because she's still taking orders of other costumers. The first time I went there the girl told me about all the great drinks and toppings. The second time I went they got my drink messed up but still told me it was what I ordered but it was not. I feel that the reason they told me that was because they had a line costumers that was waiting. I didn't bother to disagree with her because she was the only one working there. TeaBox has really good service They have really friendly staff whenever I come in. They have a range of sizes for my boba needs. On the other hand, sometimes when I make my drinks (milk tea) into a slush, it becomes very watery. You can see the ice and some foam separate from the liquid in the drink. LOVE their teas here!! They are so nice and will make your tea however you'd like. Their popcorn chicken is delicious and authentic, plus they give you a lot so it's definitely something you can share with someone! Hopefully in the near future they will be able to offer more food choices like spring rolls and vegetarian options. This is the best boba and milk tea I've had in the AV!
