Both drinks were super sweet. The strawberry cheese tea was filled with 50% cheese foam, which was an excessive amount, and the drink ended up just tasting like cheese foam. The second time, we ordered the same drinks but with less sugar. The mango green tea with 0% sugar was still very sweet. I can drink these all days honestly. They come in pretty nice cups that you can def reuse for water lol. Thai tea brûlée- also a good drink. There are a lot of different types brûlée but I wanted to be safe. The brûlée is spread in the cup and refrigerated beforehand. Then they blend the flavor slush and pour it in. Their oreo brulee green tea was actually pretty delicious with a whole lot going on in that cup. I really can't resist a brulee inspired anything. Three words: Brulee Milk Tea I'm sold! I had been seeing my Yelp Vegas homies checking in here and getting this fabulous thing called an Oreo Brulee Green Milk Tea and I wanted it... I NEEDED IT! And when I got it, I was happy. The Oreo was the prevalent flavor and texture. You can't really taste the custard which is disappointing but hey, the sugar definitely gave me a pep to my step. The staff and customer service here are great. I want to compliment the girl who made sure to give excellent service to every customer that came by. From answering what is in the drink even to showing pictures on the TV to help decide what drink a guest wanted. She went the extra mile to ensure that each guest ordered a drink that they liked. If that were me, I would have given up on explaining in detail to each customer that asked me the same question 10-20 times a day. You don't encounter that many boba shops that go the extra mile for customers like that anymore. There was a good variety of drinks to choose from, and I had difficulty deciding what to get. One exciting thing was they had an extra-large size which was crazy. You can upgrade any drink for $2 more dollar to that size or order the Super Fruit Cup, and the size is included in the drink. Sorry, my photo doesn't do the size justice, but I recommend everyone experience it just once. Vegas has been very cold and windy lately, so I opt to get a hot drink instead of a cold one. I decided just to get an essential Royal Milk Tea which was good. Nothing unique or exciting, just a standard milk tea drink. I was more impressed with the overall presentation and interior of the shop. The kids for the boba were great. They had a sealing feature on the lids were, a great feature since you can seal your drink without worrying about the cap falling off and losing it. Made it great for transporting the beverage without worrying that your drink could spill. Especially when you are ordering hot beverages. The extra-large cup was so excellent, from the design and unique feature. It was the first time I'd seen a boba cup designed that way, and it had a small hole to carry a fork. The most remarkable thing was they have a pretty wide selection of items to get at the shop. Not only do they sell drinks, but they also sell food, snacks, and merchandise. Was in Vegas for the weekend so some friends and I found this place to get boba after dinner. This shop is in a busy plaza so parking can be a little tough sometimes. There was also a line out the door when we got there around 9PM so it was about a 15-20 minute wait to order. It was my first time here and I got the Oreo brûlée green milk tea. Every time I come to the Shanghai Plaza, I see this spot, but always continue walking past it, because the line is always long. Came here on holiday and it was unsurprisingly packed for a tasty boba shop. Pro tip: enter the parking lot from the back to avoid the traffic! Ordered the Mango Pomelo Sago, Assam Milk Tea and Watermelon Green Tea. All the drinks were fantastic, not overly sweet, and I didn't taste any artificial syrups at all! Just fresh fruit. The green tea flavor tasted high quality as well. We didn't order any boba so I can't comment on that. Minus one star for the horrible layout of the store. There is absolutely no practical way for the line to go as it extends, and customers are just squished at the front doors with traffic of people coming in and out. There are no comfortable waiting spots to wait for your order and people are squeezing inside the store to avoid the heat. We visited twice this time, both times my bf got the super fruit cup and I had the mango Pomelo sago and decided to try their strawberry fruit tea. This review is towards management **not the baristas** At my last visit, I can tell the staff is overwhelmed by both online orders and walk in customers. After I ordered the matcha milk tea with brûlée cream, I just happen to receive spoiled brûlée cream and I wanted a change in drink. The barista that took my order and seemed to be handling the front zone of the counter was always kind to me and did his best to accommodate me and I appreciate it a lot. I also remember the girls working that day more to the back of the counter to also be very accommodating. It took a bit more than 20 minutes to just receive my new drink and I can see how the pace can't meet the demand of orders so I know it's not on the staff that day for it to happen. -To me, it looks like the management lets the store be short staffed/understaffed. I hope this review is a wake up call for the owner or higher management to please be more mindful for your employees. They seem to be generally younger and can only do so much with a high amount of orders at once. - I would also like to acknowledge that your pre-prepared brûlée cups seem to not be stored in a safe temperature. Creamy/dairy-based items need to be refrigerated at a proper temp. It is not normal and it is hazardous for this type of topping to taste moldy and be served at room temperature. read more

Let me preface this by saying I've had lots of boba in Taiwan (where boba originated), all over LA, Seattle, and Portland. I drink boba at least 3 times a week. I got the oreo brulee green milk tea and my husband got the creme brulee milk tea. Both of them were really good. The creamy brulee balanced with the grainy matcha along with the chewy and sweetly braised boba was so pleasant in my mouth. My husband's creme brulee was blow torched to get that crunchy texture. It was kind of gimmicky but still so cool to watch! His boba was also great. I felt like the boba was pretty good, maybe a little pudgy from being slightly over cooked. The tea could also use a little more work to make the tea stronger, but that's just my personal preference. Otherwise, I had no complaints. The line was long, but the service was fast and kind. Their drinks all look so beautifully and carefully made, you have to come back more than once to try all their selections! I opted with a plain and simple strawberry slush with boba. The cup is super cute and the taste is pretty good. Some places slushes are more like water but they actually prepare it well. The boba tastes a little more on the un-sweetened side, but it's alright cus I'm assuming all drinks are pretty sweet.
