And their noodles with tomato egg tasted very much like tomato beef chow mein which we have on the West Coast. It was so good!! The type of cuisine is Taiwan or Northern style with lots of chili oil, but not overly spicy. The place is very clean! You order à la carte from a big menu at the counter. You get your utensils, bowls and plates from a table in the back but they bring your food to you. The service was quick, friendly, and excellent. The noodles were fun to SLURP. The broth was HOT and TASTY. For all the heat freaks out there, they have the RED HOT CHILI OIL. I added a little and it was FANTASTIC!
