Great products! I've been going here since it opened and havent been disappointed by their drinks. Employees are very sweet and will help you with recommendations and suggestions. Building is really chilly, especially during the winter, thats my only con about this place. Definitely recommend their thai tea coffee and mango slush products. read more

It's a chain from Taiwan and it is good! I see the quality control built into the menu. The 3 female workers all wearing identical tops and head gear where Lazer focuses on each order. They were efficient and friendly. I had to order a large and glad I did because I ended up sharing. The mango guava smoothie with popping lycee beads was so tasty I considered returning the next day. I also go the most unctuous salted egg yolk popcorn and was happy to enjoy the salty and the sweet. read more

Another bubble tea chain that is now in Windsor. Competes against the likes of Sharetea which is across the street. Presotea is slightly more expensive although their drinks are fresher. Also some very original coffee based drinks not found in other stores. One advantage is they take credit cards in addition to debit and cash. You order, you get a pager to alert you when your drink is ready. Was not asked about customization for ice or sweetness. Lots of seating in a bright, street front environment. Holy freaking cow. This is one of my favorite bubble tea places ever. And this is coming from someone whose tried every chain you can think of (Kft, Cha time, Gongcha, Sharetea, Happy Lemon, Coco, Tea do, Vivi, etc) so like trust me. And there is one standout drink here you must get. The mango coconut slush. Literally you'll understand why the minute you take your first sip. It is the best combination possible in their mango slush series. I also tried the Watermelon cheese foam but wasn't a big fan. I mean it was still delicious but I feel like watermelon is supposed to be refreshing and cheese foam a heavier comfort and I don't know why I thought it'd be good to pair the two because it just wasn't haha. I also can't recommend the milk bubble teas because this place is very obviously known for their fresh fruit based drinks and slushees. There's a Sharetea across the street with reliably good milk tea so if this place isn't your cup of (milk) tea, try that one. read more

The tea here is lovely (not overly sweet, which is a problem I have with a lot of other boba shops), the pearls are perfectly QQ, service is always quick and accurate, and the shop decor is really cute. I wouldn't say EVERYTHING here is a winner personally, but with such a large menu, they're sure to have something for everything, and any of my issues with a given menu item are a matter of personal taste rather than quality - even the stuff I don't like very much is objectively of good quality. I might not like the strawberry water chestnut tea, but you very well might! I highly reccomend this place - some of the best boba in windsor. read more

Drove from Detroit to have this raved bubble tea, and was disappointed.. Oddly, I was the only customer who got a "hot" paper cup for my iced earl grey bubble tea while others did not. I asked for 30% less sugar, but it was near flavorless. It was like drinking watered down milk. I realized as we drove away that they had mixed jelly (not ordered) with tapioca. I was ok with it being a few, but it ended up being mostly jelly.. and of course, I couldn't see it through the paper cup!! When I got home, I opened the top to see this "jelly" was actually the goop from the tapioca bottom / remnants.. Definitely not coming back! read more

I went to Presotea for the first time yesterday and got the mango coconut slush without any toppings. It was incredibly refreshing and tasted great! The mango pieces in there were also very fresh and definitely not out of a can like many places use. There is also plenty of indoor seating and they are observing appropriate safety precautions. This is the best bubble tea store in Windsor in my opinion. It is one of the few bubble tea stores in Windsor that uses real fruit for the drinks. My three best favourites are the mango lychee slush, the mango coconut slush and the brown sugar pearl latte. Personally, I prefer to drink the mango slushes in the summer time because not only is it a refreshing drink, but they use the yellow asian mango. The yellow asian mango is sweeter whereas the green&red mango is a bit sour. The pricing of the drink are a bit pricy but is definitely worth it. The regular size is larger than the Chattime's regular size as well. There is also a lot of room to do independent work or to chill and hang out with your friends as they have the back area and the basement. I always come back to this place when I crave bubble tea:) read more

Today was my first time ever to try this place and I have been living in Windsor only 2 years but never really get out much so I don't really know restaurants or any places like this around Windsor I know mainly the main parts of Windsor I'm normally around in but this place was very good service was great lots of space for dine in. Wifi was available for guests and very fast connection. The the milk tea I did get wasn't exactly my favourite but was not bad. If you want someone to ruin your day with their horrible customer service, then go to Presotea. They don't care about customer satisfaction. I asked for my free drink reward (10 drinks scanned on the app, you get a free small), and they refused to give it to me, because they didn't have small size cups. I suggested they give me the small amount but in a regular sized cup, but they denied me the free drink. The manager in the back (50 year old lady) is the worst with accommodating customers. My friends and I decided not to purchase anything and walked out because of the bad customer service, even though they were there to purchase drinks. A previous time they gave me a nasty drink that cost 10$, when I told them how I didn't like it, they said we didn't tell you to order this. I left and threw out a full 10$ drink! I hate to be critical of small businesses, but there is something majorly wrong with this Presotea location. My family and I love our Presotea, and each an every experience at the Wyandotte location has been horrible. The quality of the drinks at this location is off - we frequent the Walker Rd. and Manning Rd. locations and their quality of drink is top notch every single time. I don't know what it is about the Wyandotte location but I will never set foot in that place again, Last time my daughter and I went, I ordered a Mango-Strawberry smoothie, and I swear it tasted like the mangoes were rotting for a year. My daughter got a mango-blueberry slush with tapioca pearls, and it was watery as hell, and the tapioca must have been rotten. The drinks were served to us literally in under a minute, which should have been a red flag. I didn't realize how bad our drinks were until we drove off, and when I realized I called and complained. To their credit, they took responsibility and offered us 2 free drinks which I redeemed tonight. Problem is, same story all over again. I got a strawberry-blueberry slush, and I swear to God it was like they took red and a blue Mr. Freeze, smashed them up, and put them in my cup. I don't understand it - orders are always perfect at other locations, why not at this one? Take it easy on the blueberry syrup, and make sure the consistency of the drinks is right before you serve them. I don't know if it's because of the location near the University that they are so busy that the quality suffers or what, but something needs to be done. To anyone reading this, trust me go to Walker or Manning, you'll thank me. read more

Wyandotte Windsor location. I asked for fresh taro with my drink, instead they put powered taro. I know this because powered taro has dairy ingredients and I'm lactose intolerance. I suffered the consequences after. I would suggest everyone watch what they put in your drink, they might put something inside you may not want. read more

i'm not a huge fan of chains but presotea is very very delicious! there are an abundant amount of choices (although the panda milk tea is my favorite!) and the tapioca is high quality. my only gripe is how expensive it is, but in my opinion it is worth it for delicious boba!! read more
