Three words: Tiger Milk Tea. It's a perfect recipe and they didn't even ask me if sweetness level needs to be adjusted. During this COVID time where dine in is not allowed, they taped signs of ordering instructions to the glass door. Just called and placed our order without any problem (although it does feel bittersweet to see the person on the other side of the glass door taking the order with a mask on). Took them a good 15 min to fulfill the order (hopefully that means business is good for them and that they're staying busy!) The only thing to be cautious about is shouting your credit card number on the phone when placing an order. I love simple milk teas. Nice and easy. Giving an option for sugar levels confused me. My automatic assumption is that it's sweet. Well I decided to try 30% sugar. Little gamble. Well that was a bad idea. My bf got a honey milk tea, didn't mess with the sugar and that already tasted like it had very little sugar. So you can imagine how my 30% sugar milk tea tasted. Straight like tea. It was a sad day, it was my own fault. The honey milk tea was good, so I know their regular milk tea is good. & I'm very picky with my milk teas. I'm admittedly not a boba expert so I can't tell you if this is the best spot in Denver, but as a casual consumer, this was what I was hoping for. I usually keep my bubble tea order simple so I ventured out only slightly by getting a tiger milk tea with regular boba. Tiger milk tea, which is on their menu online but not the ones currently taped to the storefront, tastes just like standard milk tea, and it is, but with stripes of syrup on the inside of the cup making for a more ~aesthetic~ drink. I loved that I could still taste the tannins in the black tea and that the boba had a perfect texture and delicious brown sugar-y flavor of its own. It was light, balanced, and not at all cloying or artificial tasting. Did the job for my once-every-few-years bubble tea hankering. Their green tea options looked really nice and refreshing too so I'd probably go that route next time with some fruity popping boba or herbal jelly. A green tea, a book, and a shady spot at Infinity Park up the street sounds like a quality way to pass a low key, socially-distant afternoon to me. P.S. In light of their Covid-19 precautions (no entry and totally no contact), I definitely recommend ordering ahead. Saw all the good reviews so decided to give this place a try. Still haven't found our go to place for boba in Denver yet. This place was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Went in and we were just looking at the menu to decide what we wanted. I saw a sign for brown sugar boba so I was curious what that was. My little sister was with us and she worked at a boba shop and they used to call crystal agar brown sugar boba so she was asking them and the lady at the register looked so confused and looked at her like she was crazy. A guy came over and explained that it was just boba made with brown sugar. Which is the norm in Houston so I was confused since it was advertised. So I asked what they used to use to sweeten it and he said nothing, it's new. We stopped by here from time to time whenever we are on a boba fix. Today we got the ginger milk tea and the passion fruit winter melon tea. The ginger milk tea has real ginger bits in it. If you don't like that then avoid getting it. This one is harder to adjust the sugar level so if you don't lien your tea to be too sweet, choose something else. My husband's winter melon is so delicious! I kept reaching for his instead of mine. It has a hit of tartness due to the passion fruit and it is not overly sweet. The boba had a nice springy texture. I was really disappointed with my jasmine green milk tea! I had a great experience before when I ordered the fruit tea and Tieguanyin milk tea. The fragrant jasmine tea taste was there but it tasted watered down with little taste of milk. I thought the milk taste would be more prominent like in their signature milk tea but it wasn't. Believe me, I've had my fair share of milk teas to tell the difference. For a tea shop that claims to be the best boba tea shop in Denver, they need to be more consistent with all their drinks. We went here for a beverage. I had the Vietnamese coffee, one friend had the tiger tea, and another had a Sesame tea. All of them were delicious. The counter help is very friendly and they provided a sample of a honey flavored tea. The best bubble tea in Colorado, without a doubt, some of the best bubble tea I've had, period- better than even some of the famous chains, such as Boba Guys. Everything here is made in-house- the syrups, fruit concentrates, and this reflects itself in the bubble tea. Whatever you order is pretty much guaranteed to satisfy- from a classic milk tea, 50% sugar, and bubbles, to their more unique seasonal creations, like a ginger oolong milk tea. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they offered samples every time I went- which was nearly every day when I was back home in Denver. Even though it is out of the way (a 25 minute drive or so), its worth the trip for high quality bubble tea. My brother and sister are now addicted to Tea Street- its become our staple, go-to place, with a nod of approval from even the parents (who still lament the ridiculous amount of money I spend on bubble tea). One of the better boba shops! Multiple new boba shops have been opening up in Denver recently, including Tea Street. Tea Street is definitely near the top of the list for having excellent tapioca pearls, and a great selection of teas and other toppings. I had the jasmine green milk tea while my husband had the tea street milk tea, both with brown sugar boba. Both were excellent, and the tapioca peals were just right, with the ideal boba consistency and texture. At Tea Street you can customize your sugar level and ice level. I know they only served the longan milktea hot, but cold taste so much better and they will make it for me (loyalty customer status!). My BFF knows I like this drink so much that she stopped by and got it for me the day after I had my baby! I think I've tried almost everything on the menu. Let me just start by saying I am not giving the tea 2 stars. The milk tea was good to the point I've come back 3 times. Will I come back after today probably not. It's 93° out, I ordered my normal med tea with boba and asked for a glass of water while I waited for the tea since I was burning up. I don't care if I am going to get charged for a water, but please tell me prior to charging me $1.25 for the water especially since I'm already paying $4.50 for a tea. 8 mins later I get my tea and Luke warm water. It's not about the money it's that I should have been told " hey, we have to charge you for the water, is that ok?" Really enjoyed what I've tried today : Oolong rose tea, pineapple tea and milk tea . Boba was cooked to the right consistency, not too soft not too hard . What I like about this place is that they mix their tea with fruits and not some sugar powder stuff that is full of calories and artificial. We came in last night, hoping to explore more boba tea, I was bored of going to E Hampden's boba scene, S Federal's boba and even by 1-25 and University. It didn't help that I seriously wanted to use their restroom. I was soooo used to the other boba places allowing me come in, amidst the virus and the feeling of me feeling really pumped up totally diminished. I wanted my partner in crime to be pumped up as well! He normally doesn't even drink boba tea like I do, and I know this is procedure for Covid-19, but this blows. I ordered the Honey Milk Tea and the medium size was almost $5.00. Just not being able to greet their hardworking staff was also heartbreaking. I couldn't even place the order without there being so much signal trouble over the phone and we couldn't really understand each other. I was so tired of repeating my name a lot, so I guess I renamed myself Alexi or something? Not really their fault, just wish things were different. The packaging was just super cute and amazing, lots of the logo were plastered everywhere and I wish I could have my name spelled correctly!! Oh Well!! Ambiance: The shop is brightly lit with an open seating plan. However, due to current COVID restrictions, they are running a contactless model (which is amazing and so responsible!). This is my new favorite place for boba and mile teas! It's easily located off of Colorado Blvd and has plenty of parking. It is bright and extremely clean but not sterile feeling. It's a cute cafe that isn't loud so you could bring your laptop to work or a book to read. The staff is so friendly and helpful; they really knew about the teas. I LOVED that I could order a milk tea warm and with boba! I haven't found a place that will do that in Denver so its very exciting; even more exciting is that you can gauge how sweet you want your tea. I'm going to level with all y'all. Compared to most other places in Denver their boba is pretty good. Near the best the best (it's a close one between this and Tbaar). But I'm giving four stars because it still has MAJOR issues and they're all easily fixable (my only issue with Tbaar is their limited menu size) and so I want someone to read this review, fix it, and make this into the best tea shop in Denver. So the first of these is that the boba is inconsistently cooked. Sure, it also has almost no flavor (could be easily fixed by storing it in more/better honey) but some of the pearls were hard in the middle, some were too soft (overcooked) and most were just right. I think this is a consequence of how they were stored (some were also warm some weren't) but this is an easy fix. Second is the tea. Basically, the jasmine tea was overbrewed. I always order jasmine green tea when I'm trying a new boba place because it's a very good standard - it gets a bitter flavor when you overbrew it/brew it too hot. Again, another easy fix. Also note here that I tried the sample of their normal milk tea and it was solid (black tea doesn't really care how you brew it) Finally the decor. It's very industrial and not welcoming inside. Some warmer lighting, painted floor, and some less industrial seating would fix this too. So yeah. This is so close. Tantalizingly close. But it's just not quite there. 4/5 stars - especially on the overbrewed tea and the decor. Honestly the boba was still pretty decent regardless of the inconsistent cooking. read more

This has become my GO TO boba cafe in ALL of Denver (which I like to point out is an absolute boba desert sadly... Don't ask how I've survived almost a year...) The owner here is super nice all the time and is always looking for feedback and customers opinion. Bonus points for also always giving out samples of new (potential) drinks and trying new recipes. It really shows how into boba they are and how dedicated this place is to building their brand. Oh, and did I mention, they actually have high quality, not powdery teas?!?!
