I came here for a pre-Mother's Day date and we had such a fabulous time we are already planning on going back. The space will transport you into a different world! Every corner is beautifully decorated and fits the theme perfectly. This was our first experience with high tea and we did not know what to expect or what to do, but our waitress was so kind in showing us different options on the menu. She let us know what is popular, gave her own recommendations, and attentively listened to what we like to help us choose. The tea was incredible, the food was even better, and it was so fun to taste all the different sandwiches with their unique combinations. As for the scone--wow, I'm still dreaming about it! We ordered the My Lady's Tea and shared it, as well as an egg salad sandwich. For tea, we had the Earl Grey Cream and it was so good we decided to take a bag home. They have many different teas to choose from that are ready to buy, and you can also purchase accessories there like teapots or warmers. Such a fun experience

So excited that teaberry's is finally reopened! I used to love going there for years and was really sad when they were moving and took longer than expected to reopen, but glad they did! It looks beautiful in the new restaurant and gives you such a wonderful homey feel. The staff is so nice and you can tell they're happy to be there! The tea sandwiches are good as was the scone! I'm looking forward to going back and trying some non afternoon tea menu items!

Quaint afternoon tea with a wide ranging menu for those not interested in a full tiered afternoon tea. They offer vegetarian options which is a plus. Wide selection of teas available. Only had an issue once when I requested vegetarian sandwiches for my service but was given one sandwich that was chicken. The server wasn't concerned when I brought it to her attention. Other times I had wonderful service.

Really cute set up and experience. I would definitely recommend you dress up in your Sunday best and go here with a party of 2-4 since it is quite a small location. There are so many delicious teas to choose from. But the tea sandwiches and sweets are too tiny if you're hungry. Just get a sandwich if you need something more substantial. This place is great for an afternoon pick me up or a tide you over until lunch/dinner. The inside is way way way too tight and waitresses move very fast so don't get in their way while you're waiting. Once seated, it's quite an experience. If you can, sit outside because the space is way too tight, especially if you're claustrophobic or want to social distance. The tables are bigger outside. We had a lovely arrangement on the porch.

What a wonderful experience! An extremely adorable place. There is seating outside on the front porch. When you walk inside, you're totally thrown into a time of a tea. So elegant and adorably costumed. LOVE the seasonal hanging upside tree! Halloween season and they definitely went over the top! Nice touch with the themed aprons that all of the servers wore. Since it's my favorite time of year, that was not lost on me at all! To be noted: you can't be seated until your full party has arrived. Main rooms are well lit and clean. Service was a little confused at first, but they got it together. The menu can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but they seem to want to ensure that you make a very informed decision! I should state that we were there for an afternoon tea date for our lovely 9 year old little girls.. so, they brought their dolls and were greeted ever so warmly with little high chairs and a tea set just for their guests. Just adorable!! The Princess Tea is for children under 12 and it is so worth the just $26 price! They got tea sandwiches, scones with whipped cream and preserves, a pot of tea, dessert platter, and a goody bag! Wow! Let me tell you, everything was of high quality and taste. My LO was over the moon happy with it all! I ordered the Castle Collection: tea sandwiches and a pot of tea. The sandwiches were delicious! I tasted my daughter's scone and it was perfect. Carolyn was a gem and ever so patient with our experience. I cannot wait to return!!

Teaberry's is a one of a kind place. There is nothing like this anywhere else. You would not be able to replicate it. It was a short walk from my relatives house in Flemington and the first place they took me on my visit to NJ. Such a memorable restaurant with the absolute best atmosphere, food, and service. We sat outside at a table on a grassy knoll. I can do this everyday. As you can imagine from the name, it specializes in tea. It was a hot and humid afternoon when we were there so the last thing I wanted was hot tea. Everyone else had tea service. Now if it was winter, for sure I would have ordered tea, and being from So. California I would have probably placed the tea kettle on my lap to stay warm.... If you live in NJ, or passing through with no less than 2 hour to spare--give yourself an excuse to come here. This is a slow dining experience--do not rush anyone or be rushed. And I am told by the locals that the weather in January here is not as warm as it is in June so keep that in mind if you plan on sitting outside.

Has to be one of the cutest restaurants in Flemington. Have had lunch here many times, & also been to some of their night events. Not once was I disappointed. Great place to bring some out of towners for something different or to have afternoon tea with your girlfriends. They do also have rooms that you can reserve for tea parties, bridal & baby showers, birthdays etc... upstairs in the bathroom, the tub is full of all sorts of hats, from big floppy ones, proper church going hats, fascinators, Easter bonnets to name a few, you are more than welcome to try one or ten on! As soon as you walk into Teaberry's you are greeted by the staff, dressed in old fashioned Victorian esq. black dresses with crisp white pinafores. In the lobby they have a huge upside down Christmas Tree that they decorate for different seasons. They also decorate the various rooms for the season also. When we were there yesterday everything was decked out in full Easter regalia. I will say my favorite time to go is Christmas time, they just make you feel like your back in time & have arrived in a horse drawn carriage. As far as the teas, their list is huge. Served in miss matched cups & saucers, all teapots have tea cozy's on them to keep your tea warm. You can choose a la cart items to eat or one of the tea services, for example the duchess which comes with a pot of tea, finger sandwiches (seasonal) a scone & a dessert plate with tiny, beautiful, scrumptious treats. I will say their quiches & soups are always top notch & they always have great salads on the menu. Yesterday was my friends first time there, she enjoyed herself thoroughly. Our room had a mom with two daughters under 6 having tea & sandwiches, a group of ladies having high tea service & then us. The staff are always so friendly & help with choosing teas to complement your lunch! Great place for Mother's Day, Birthdays, tea party with little girls.

Teaberry's Tea Room is the best of the best! Having traveled stateside, I hold other tea rooms to the standard that has been set by Teaberry's. The atmosphere in an antique estate home, is the perfect setting for this business. The food creations will tease your tastebuds, and warm your soul. The Queen's Tea will have you bringing home some of the bite sized cuisine, that each burst with flavor. Sara, the manager will make you feel comfortable and welcoming while offering suggestions of the days offerings. Our server, Liz, was well trained and made sure course after course was served with the right timing. It is a pleasure to treat my Mom to lunch, after traveling the 2.5 hours from Cape May to have an experience like no other. Treat yourself to Teaberry's, you will certainly enjoy!

Teaberry's is special. It's perfect for a mother daughter lunch, Mother's Day, birthday, or small celebration. The house is quaint and well appointed. We went all in and ordered tea service. Tea arrived on a tea pot covered by a cute cozie. Silverware and dishes were mismatched in a very charming way. Our service was excellent and the courses were spaced out nicely. There's a wonderful selection of teas. I got chai and my daughter got Vermont maple tea. We received a wonderful selection of tea sandwiches, followed by a delicious scone and then a plate of indivisible desserts. If that's enough the meal concludes with either sorbet or gelato. Everything was divine. I can't wait to return.

Ask the Community - Teaberry's Tea Room

Would a small dog be allowed if she was secured and sat in a pet stroller quietly? I think I already know the answer but wanted to check just in case it's a possibility. She's a King Charles cavalier spaniel so afternoon tea is in her genes 😂

While that would be adorable, we are simply not allowed due to health codes. Thank you for asking and we look forward to serving you soon!

Just checking if we are allowed to bring 7 month baby? Do you have high chair? Thanks

Hello! Absolutely! We have high chairs.

Finally one is just around the corner! I stopped by on a weekday and was greeted at the door by a member of their team. After I told him it was my first visit, he explained the prices on the two sizes as well as the flavors they had available for the day. I got a couple of tastes and ended up leaving with a 12oz of the ginger tumeric and a growler of the red zinger. All for around $26-$27. I usually go through one of the Health Ade bottles a day so I love that these are organic and locally nano-brewed. They don't have the tartness that most kombuchas I am used to have, so that is either a plus or minus for you depending on your individual preference. Oh! One more thing, if you live nearby and plan to go here quite a bit, go for the growler. You bring it back with each visit and refills are $15 compared to the $20 you'll spend on your first time. So of course this is a *Covid times review and I felt that they took some great steps to keep customers and their staff safe. They have a little table set up outside where you drop off growlers and pick up refilled ones. Hand sanitizer was on the table and a menu was on the window so the whole interaction was nearly contactless. Andddd now my ginger turmeric is officially done...

From the greeting, to the service and the menu options we were pleasantly surprised. For us this was a high value choice. For us it is a two hour trip to Flemington but we are looking for a reason to bring family and return to the area just to share this experience. A side note, the server, Summer, did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and part of the family. To top everything off we finished our meal with "Cakes in a Can". The owner's wife, Yara, apparently spends hours each day making these attractive and tasty treats. I had the Raspberry and Pistacio. They are right to be very proud of her efforts. I recommend this experience, if you are ever near FLemington and want to enjoy Egyptian and Greek cusine this is the place to go. Thank you for the experience, from Joyce and Bill.
