I can fix some electronics and computers, but I wasn't even going to deal with his rudeness. I moved on to Don Ramon. I called and talked to him. He wanted a picture of the problem and I sent it. I forgot to follow up with it, but I did and I went over and he took care of it under 20 minutes for three times less than I was quoted for Montebello speaker while I was in my car listening to the Dodger game. I saw Joe's and used them before so I asked if they could fix my phone without resetting it like Apple, they said yes, I ask a bout pricing, they said the services would cost $400. I agree, send my phone in and it arrives on the 14th of May. I don't hear back until the 19th of May saying that they need to order parts and it's going to take longer for me to get my phone back. I don't know why it took so long just to tell me that they don't have the parts in the first place. My phone was finally repaired on the 8th of June, and I still have not received it back yet. All they offered me was "expedited" shipping which still adds on another five days for me to get my phone back. The only thing they had to say throughout this entire process was, 'oh, we can't control the shipping times...' Zero accountability and poor communication from the beginning. I cannot recommend anyone use this business because of how poor this recent experience was. I was originally happy to have them was an alternative to Apple. I'd rather have my phone reset and pay a lot less than deal with this business again.
