My husband and I have worked with Mr. Lee on several projects in the past and recently up graded our surround sound system which had been installed by a different company a number of years ago. Within the last several months, we replaced the main working parts including the upgraded Roku to a newer quality level. All was working fine until that evening our old Sony TV went blank on the picture with the sound still functioning. A call to Mr. Lee was immediately returned and he came out and reviewed the problem. He said it might be the 5 year old Sony TV which we then replaced with the newest available, same Sony model. All was well until that evening when the screen went blank and the sound on. This was a very unusual situation he hadn't encountered as I then started tracking the dates and times for several days when this occurred. I sent this charting information information to Mr. Lee for his review. He came to our home the next morning and stayed from 10 AM until after 2 PM while we went through an exhausting process in both the system and with Sony's troubleshooting personnel following their directions. We waited the appropriate time and suddenly watched as the screen went blank with the sound on again. Mr. Lee was at a loss then thought to try the new Roku updated remote. Going through all of their search areas he found a questionable area that was checked to shut down the system. He unchecked this and rebooted the entire system. The good news is that several days later there's been no problem as previously described to our joy. As a further check, we left the tv on and were gone over 3 hours. Yeah, the TV was still on and to our delight was working perfectly. Working with Mr. Lee has been a wonderful experience. He's easy to get in touch with - keeps updated information if he's running late for our appointment - tries and won't give up until an unusual problem like ours could be solved - and wouldn't charge additional fees for such extended services. He said the customer's satisfaction is most important to their quality business. A very happy camper and my husband's huffy atmosphere has now changed to a smile as he watches his favorite golf programs and the 2026 Olympics with Sony's beautiful picture and sound system. read more

Like David B. - I would give more stars if I could. I'd gotten Leetronics information from his review dated 6/27/2016 as I'd had concerns about work done by OC Luxury Home Theater and wanted Mr. Lee to review the set up. He responded to my phone inquiry right away and an appointment was made for the next day to which he was on time. He reviewed the equipment and Universal remote control and found it working and satisfactory. He fully explained the procedure and since the DVD function was working on the remote thought perhaps that while programing the unit it might have become overheated and shut down. He did move it to a higher shelf and felt that might work better rather than right on top of the receiver. He had me go through my normal procedure and made sure I was comfortable with the remote and it's functioning with the surround sound system before leaving. He was a joy to work with and greatly relieved my apprehensions of the first technician. I will definitely contact this company should I need assistance in the future. read more

What a pleasure to have Lee and Aaron do an install of rear speakers for us to finish off our home TV stereo...Lee came over a couple weeks ago to give us a quote on the same day I called him to inquire...A very fair quote so we scheduled the install for a day that worked for both of us...I wish I had contacted him sooner to do the full install but in any case he helped us finish off what we started...excellent work, easy to work with to get things right, and in the end a very clean job considering the limitations we gave them for the install..he also gave us a couple quotes for future installs we will need done...I highly recommend him to do an install for you, so give him a call to get you an estimate and go from there...thank you Lee and Aaron!! read more

I have been using Leetronics for over 12 years for all my Home Theater needs. I like having the system the way I want it for ease of use and I am always asking Lee if some of my ideas are possible and he always finds a way to do it. He has made many changes for me and last year we upgraded to a Samsung 65" Ultra 4k Smart TV and new Denon receiver. Best decision I have ever made. I hate having to use multiple remotes so he upgraded me to a MX-850 and programmed it so everything is controlled all in one. So easy to use now and my wife loves it. Can't say enough about his service and he is very fair. Has always called me back whenever I had questions and talked me thru it. Can't find knowledgeable people like this anymore. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I had nothing but massive problems with another company that did my home theater install with a wireless device issue. The company that installed it (OC Luxury Home Theater) had to come back 3-4 times and could never fix it. Always had an excuse. Lee came over and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. He returned the next business day to install a new device and INSTANTLY it worked. It was like magic for me. Lee was prompt at returning all calls and also called me when he was on the was on both occasions. Very courteous and thankful for the new business. We recently had to replace an old TV with a new bigger one. Lee was great! He was able to use our existing mount and helped install all new components as well. They rewired a lot of things to make our home entertainment system more hidden and clean looking. He recommended we get an internet access point. At first I was sceptical. But I love this thing! We have a small house and still cannot get a good internet connection for streaming. The access point made a huge difference. Highly recommend for trustworthy and awesome service. We are also able to get an appointment pretty quick which makes a huge difference if you're like me and your TV is like a member of the family ;) read more
