Within 72 hours -- on the morning of May 28, 2026 -- the puppy became lethargic and barely responsive. I transported him on an emergency basis to Coral Springs Animal Hospital, an AAHA-accredited 24/7 emergency veterinary facility. A board-certified attending veterinarian issued a signed written opinion concluding the puppy was medically unfit for sale at the time of purchase -- meaning this puppy should not have been sold in the condition he was in. Please don't shop from this place. Their dogs are clearly coming from puppy mills. Walked in to several older puppies selling for 5k. Many of the dogs (particularly 2 Maltese) looked highly distressed and dirty. The people working were not very friendly and there's an air of aloofness, which is hilarious because they're selling puppies for exorbitant prices. My biggest concern is for the care of the dogs. Many of which were much too young to have been separated from their mothers. Shame really. Can't share photos because they have no photo signs everywhere. Wonder why. read more

RUFF...PUPPIES FOR SALE... This location has sold puppies in a high end setting for decades. This was my first trip here since my daughter told me to check it out. She has a puppy and wants it to have a companion the same size. As I walked in to the business it shocked me how fancy it appeared. Basically, it was a super high end boutique specializing in puppy needs and fun. The left side of the store comprised of an entire wall of puppies in their little cubbies. I loved how clean the cubbies appeared. The staff member removed the four month old chihuahua black & white puppy and placed him into a clear crate to play. He was just slightly bigger than my hand and really cute and playful. He better be cute for over $6,000.00 - lol. Went to look at the puppies, they had two of them in in a little fence on the floor. When the puppies saw us they got excited and one of them was almost jumping out of the fence, reason why I picked him up, considering that the dog could have fallen. And one of the workers a blonde lady, probably the owner as someone else here described her as "bitchy" told me "please don't pick them up" but in a very rude manner. I guess that if you are going to buy a dog, you cannot pet them or pick them up. Not worth going to the place. read more

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one. My mother has gotten three dogs from Eleonora and Donna over the years. She recently lost her two Chihuahuas who lived to be 16 and 17. When the second of the two was close to the end of his life (to help cushion the blow), my sister and I convinced her to visit the boutique to at see if she felt a connection with a new pup. I live in California but was in town so was able to join her. She seemed to spark to an older male Biewer terrier (a rare breed we never heard of?). She was concerned a puppy would be too much work, but this boy (spoiler alert: she named him Linus) was the calmest pup we'd ever met. After a short think on it, she decided to adopt him (given her track record with the boutique it was an easy decision). He is truly the love of her life. And 1000% healthy. When it came time for her second Chihuahua to "cross the rainbow bridge," it didn't hurt quite as bad since Linus was there to give her all the love she needed to get through it. He is one of sweetest and most well-behaved dogs on earth. I truly believe a lot of his demeanor is a result of being around so many people in the boutique on a daily basis. Nothing rattles him. He just loves people! And he does NOT bark - - which was an adjustment for my mom. Soon after, my longtime Havanese of 15 1/2 years also passed. Since I live in California and travel back and forth to South Florida, I didn't want to have two dogs at once. The pain of losing my girl was so unbearable, I wasn't sure how quickly I wanted another. I always wanted a Goldendoodle, but knew they were just too big for me, since I needed a dog small enough to travel (10-15lbs max). I went to the teacups website and there he was! The most incredible red mini Goldendoodle boy! I immediately texted Eleonora who said he just passed all his health testing and had become available the day before. Fate?? Since I was not in town at the time, my family went to meet him and it was a very easy decision (even sight unseen)... QUINCY was coming home to California! I did want him to hang in the store a little longer just to get some of their "organic socialization." Donna was totally cool with that plan and organized the dog Nanny, Stephanie to fly him to me 10 days later. THE best experience. Stephanie is a total pro. I have to admit, it has been a while since I've had a puppy, so I was a bit anxious. But once getting a system in place - - this boy is quite truly the smartest dog I have ever seen. It has been a little over two weeks and he is basically 75% potty trained. True story. I will admit, I am very persistent (you have to be) - - but given his intelligence level.. just WOW! He is smarter than most people. To those who wrote of unhealthy puppies... there are no guarantees in life. Humans are born everyday with health issues. There is only so much you can control, especially when it comes to mother nature. You can get a pup from a rescue, the pound or a breeder who could easily have health issues. It is a risk we take in exchange for the joy these babies give us. The pros heavily outweigh the cons in my opinion. Think of Donna and Eleanora as "puppy brokers." They do all the leg work for you (vetting health, breeders) so you know you have a high probability of a healthy pup. I wouldn't even know where to begin to find my dog?! Plus given the fact they've been doing this for almost three decades, know EXACTLY what they are doing. Yes, they could be considered a bit pricey, but it is a service they provide and I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for." If you are looking for a small dog (doesn't have to be a Teacup) then run, don't walk to Teacups Puppies & Boutique! You will be sooo glad you did. Oh my gosh! This is going to be a kind of long review but needed and I hope informative. My husband bought me a toy puppy from this boutique and my daughter bought a Maltese and our friend bought a tea cup poodle. Christmas morning I opened up a card with a picture of a toy poodle. Puppy was to young to come home yet and one of the two owners Donna had told my husband the deposit he put down could be switched to another baby if needed. Thank you loved that! I went to the boutique for four days in a row so that I could see how the place was kept and ran and wanted to bond with my new baby. When you arrive you are instantly greeted. Your allowed to walk around and look at puppies and boutique uninterrupted. If you want to see a puppy it is a serious inquiry and I like that because they do not want a lot of people handling these new babies and if you are a serious inquiry you, YOU MUST constantly wash your hands. There are people on stand by just to clean up after these very posh and adorable fur babies. This boutique also sells rescues and 100% of monies goes towards another rescue You will have your own puppy advisor that will answer your questions and switch out the babies for you. The two owners Eleanora and Donna will also sit and visit and answer questions. They will offer you water,wine or coffee during your visit. If you decide to purchase a new baby, you will have to sit through a very informative 45 minute orientation on the health and well being and how to take care of your new baby. All health information will be disclosed,breeder info and the number one thing I loved is that these owners really do care about these babies and the future well being.They have a vet that comes every Friday to administer the immunizations and adhere to the health standards of the puppies. You also will receive they're personal cell numbers for emergency purposes and they told us straight you have to take these babies to the vet within 3 days and we were told, " if your vet thinks that this baby is not healthy and I should not have sold her to you. I want my baby back" They than went into the whole lemon law etc... My baby had a bilateral hernia. My vet said it was not a big concern and it was something that had a slight chance of healing with age otherwise he can fix it if I decide to spay. Once orientation was done and because it was christmas time we received a $300 dollar gift card to shop! They have everything to get you started and spoil your baby! Please be aware that this is not a puppy side of the road puppies for sale. These owners have been dealing with breeders some of them for many years and they themselves have been doing it for over 30 years! These babies are for sure toy and tea cup and micro breeds and you will pay that price. I ended up buying a toy female yorkshire terrier female. The father 5lbs and mother 6lbs and my baby will be somewhere in between. You also will get for a year 10% VIP card to save when you shop and a spa punch card with the 10th visit free! The boutique is very high end and so are products. Most of the product are international one of a kind finds. Eleanora has her own puppy line called hello doggy and it is high quality stunning pieces. There are chew toys,clearance section,slings,beds,crates,clothes,strollers,carriers it is just so damn easy to spend money in this boutique. Thought I would take a look anyway and the brunette owner was a major B*tch. Finding a good home for her rescue wasn't as important to her as affluence and $. The store is beautifully outfitted with extravagantly jeweled designer doggie necessities and accessories. You can see the puppies that are available on their website. They are pretty pricey puppies, but if you know anything about these types of dogs, you already knew that they are around $800+. What you might not know it that very small puppies need to constantly be looked after and cannot be left for longer than 2 hours at a stretch - SO if you are considering these small miracles, then you need to make sure that you have round-the-clock supervision for the first couple of months. After looking on the link from the website at Glimmer of Life, Small Dog Rescue, I had to stop myself from calling and getting another pup. I really have total respect for the owners of Teacups to affiliate themselves with a non-profit organization that saves the lives of doggies that are like the ones sold in their store. Plus one star! Unlike any other puppy store that you will go to, the ones in Teacups are "forever puppies" as they stay small forever. The one thing to keep in mind is that there can be no guarantee as to how small the pup will be full size. My parents bought a Yorkshire Terrier who was not even 1 lb, she is still very small at 6.5 lbs, but not a teacup. This month we have had our little girl, Riley for one year thanks to Donna and Eleonora. We live in LA and were out in Fort Lauderdale and had some time to kill before boarding our cruise ship. This shop was recommended to us by the owner of a seven year old Yorkie that we had the pleasure of meeting at a nearby mall. We were not looking for a dog and thought it would be a bad idea to introduce a new puppy to our 93 year old mom who is living with us. We expressed our concerns of the possibility of a puppy tripping our elderly mom. Donna listened intently to our desire to find a docile pup. Donna introduced us to the cutest little puppy. Riley was on her back, begging for her stomach to be petted. So we played with her for two hours and decided to leave. While in our cabin on the boat, we decided to call and put a deposit on the puppy just in case....ha ha. We would have time to decide if we wanted the responsibility of a new life.She was 1 ¾ lbs. We couldn't bear to leave Riley behind. We went back the morning we docked to pick her up. We listened to Eleonora tell us all about puppies. She is one serious woman that requires an appropriate environment and home for her fur babies. It was that conversation and our detailed Yorkie instructions that saved our puppy's life. Donna greeted us and informed us that Riley had a little cough. Normally she would not have let us take her, but we were leaving that afternoon for LA. She was concerned and wanted us to take Riley to a vet (not the usual one she uses because it was a weekend) at her expense and make sure Riley was ok to travel. The vet supplied us with the certification and gave us some antibiotics. We went back to store and completed the paperwork. Eleonora gave us her mobile number and said call any time, day or night. When home, Riley's health steadily declined, and after a few vet visits, we were hand feeding her with a syringe and waking up every two hours to make sure she ate. This is very important when the pups are so young and small.They can't afford to lose any weight. Eleonora was extremely concerned and very caring. She was true to her word. She did take calls at any time. With our three hour difference, many were very late night calls. Eleonora felt helpless since she was in Florida and we were in California. Riley had to be admitted to the hospital and our vet and emergency doctor gave her a 10% chance of survival. After only five days of being home, Riley needed to be put on an IV and stay in an oxygen chamber. We did, after two days bring her home, and it was Thanksgiving. Two days later she was back in the hospital for another five days. We had gone to visit her every day and almost lost hope. Donna and Eleonora begged us to see it through and said they would be there for us every step of the way.On the sixth day in the hospital, we decided that if Riley couldn't or wouldn't eat on her own, we would have to do what the vets suggested and cease care. Eleonora told us to bring boiled chicken with us to the hospital to feed her. Our elderly mom said she would make Riley her famous chicken soup, which she did. As we got to the hospital that morning, we were all prepared for the worst. We took Riley out of the oxygen chamber, she seemed a little more alert. She was also on some new medication. We opened the container of mom's homemade chicken soup and offered her a little piece of chicken. She devoured it and this continued until all the chicken and soup were gone! She started wagging her tail and licking our faces. She was out of the hospital a day later. Riley is part of the family and Mom plays with her every day. Riley gives mom a reason to get out of bed. Riley also hangs in our offices while we work. The next thing we think is important to highlight is that dogs get sick. It is much more difficult when the dog is a baby and is under two pounds and it is traveling across country. It can get serious in a hurry. The most important thing is what does the pet shop and staff do in a bad situation when everything goes wrong? We always knew that Donna and Eleonora cared about Riley. Not because we bought Riley from their shop, but because they REALLY care about all dogs. Sure the place looks glam and all the dogs are cute, but they do their best to get healthy dogs and teach the new owners how to care for them appropriately. We wrote this review to show you that when things went wrong, they did right by us. They did what WE would have done had we been in their shoes. They cared more about the puppy than the monies they got paid. We sent them updates every day or twice as day when Riley was critical, and Eleonora would call us if we had not checked in. They have really cute products including doggy clothes, toys, beds, etc. The toys are far overpriced, though. I found the same exact toys on Amazon for half of the price and even less lol. The staff is also really rude. If you even dare to come in looking like you make under 6 figures they treat you like you're not even there. I also took my long-haired chihuahua here for grooming ( $60) and he came home with *severe* dandruff, allergies, and the soap was not completely washed out from his hair. BEWARE! Do NOT buy a puppy from here. These puppies come from puppy mills. It's a disgrace and we need stop supporting sale of puppy mill puppies. I purchased a dog here for my daughter because I was told their dogs come fom breeders. The dog had intestinal problems after only a few months and after doing some investigation into the dogs background I found she did come from a puppy mill. My daughter was extremely attached her dog who died last week at a very young age. My daughter is just devestated! How do you people sleep at night knowing what you are doing to people who love these animals? It's a disgrace and the owners clearly do not care about anything other than money! SICKENING! read more

This place is amazing! My boyfriend bought me a borderline Yorkie here a week before Valentine's Day. My puppy is 7 months and still only 2.2 pounds. I basically got a teacup for the price of a border line. He is adorable, good looking, and sweet. He is already potty trained. The store basically potty trained the dog for me. I purchased the octagon they recommend and he only pees on the wee wee pads in there. Even when we travel he pees on the wee wee pads. The store is so clean and they have a bunch of women working to feed, clean, and care for the puppies. The way this store is run is incredible. I brought my puppy home and took him to my vet I take my other doggies. The vet said he's perfectly healthy. Which is great because it's very hard to find a store that sells puppies that aren't sick. Their clothes and accessories are amazing too! I wish I lived there so I could go in more often. I can't find any comparable stores in Vegas or Newport Beach where we live. All in all this place should be the only place you should consider if you're planning to buy a toy or teacup Yorkie, poodle, or any other cute babies they have there. Three months ago, I came into Teacup, Puppies & Boutique, just to browse & fell in love with a tiny Morkie. I'd been to several pet stores & adoption websites... this one stood out from the rest. The place was immaculate and the attention to caring for the puppies is crystal clear. The sales associates here were so helpful & friendly. Also, there are puppies nannies here taking care of the little ones. As someone who has never owned a dog before, I couldn't be more grateful of getting my puppy here. The owner's, Eleonora & Donna were so helpful, in not only making sure that I left thoroughly knowing how to care for my new puppy, but also were available 24 hrs a day for any concerns I had after taking him home. They helped when my puppy got a little sick a month later, answered a million of my questions, & even offered great training advice. Getting a puppy here feels like having a full support team. My Morkie is now a healthy 5 months old and I still bring him here for grooming at their Pets Are People Too salon (located inside). Unlike most businesses, from owners to staff, everyone is just as helpful as the day I took my puppy home. People kept telling me I should never have bought from a pet store, but I have no regrets about getting my little one here! There's a small Elf there working in a disguise hiding from Santa Clause. She's about 3'2 and likes wearing them flat dress shoes you see white little church girls wear on Sunday services. Also Jerry should raise their prices. They're too cheap. Bad for business. Also she's too impatient. Never seen a dog there, but was told they were small. Maybe bigger than Elf though. There was a Bernedoodle that was 4 months young that came in and was bigger than the Elf in disguise. Overall, great place. read more

Very bad experience. I went to the store because supposedly they were specialists in miniature dogs, they told me they would get the dog we were looking for, which the owner "knew how to select." In short, they have $ 12,000 that they do not want to return to me and I have had to hire a lawyer. Our experience was remarkable!!! We called Donna and told her we were looking for a Maltese, male puppy. Within hours she sent photos, specs, etc. She answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and the next day we went to visit and were prepared to walk away if the dog was not exactly as represented. Upon arrival the dog was presented to us, he was not only exactly as represented...he was perfect. We bought the puppy and have been delighted. I have to tell you this boutique hands down is superior to any other puppy store! The puppies are immaculate every one of them were in CLEAN lucite enclosures. The store was so super clean and I held several puppies each one smelled delicious. They puppies were clean and the store smelled like candles, my next fur baby is DEFINITELY coming from here. The owners are wonderful very easy to talk to and knowledgeable they showed me the parents of the puppy I am interested in! This store is the only store I know of that is so exquisite with the finest clothing and and high end quality of puppy clothes and everything I needed for my puppies. The Owners were so helpful and take such good care of there puppies like if they were there babies.
