Better service and good amount of table space and charging outlets here to get some productive work done. Across from Memorial HS. Good boba milk/ cream teas, taro MT & berry lime fruit teas, winter melon & etc. Roomy & spacious too!

Ordered a dragon fruit lemonade and a peach smoothie. I thought the dragon fruit lemonade was too sweet even after I requested 50% sugar. However both drinks were very refreshing.

Carmel cream tea! So good it's already gone!

We LOVE Teahouse! Consistently fabulous service and such yummy drinks! The place is so clean and just a great vibe.

Just found this new delicious gem in the heart of Memorial in Htown called Teahouse tapioca & tea .They just opened this week and offer the cool vibe of a teahouse blended with deliciouso drinks. Thank you to owner Mike for the incredible mango cream with tapioca smoothie. Heavenly!!! These would be perfect as a treat after a workout or as a cool place to relax inside on their staired seating with pillows. Either way, I will be telling all about this new cool find and know I will be back soon! They are conveniently located by Memorial HS and close to 110 with a small amount of outside seating .

Overall great experience for a chain tapioca place. Went around lunch time on a weekday with few customers. The popcorn chicken which was juicy, crispy, and peppery, one of the better popcorns chickens I have had. The sweet potato fries and passion fruit slush were also good, which I assume is difficult to screw up, which they didn't. Everything was hot and fresh when I received it, and the staff was friendly with my limited interaction. It's a place definitely worth trying if you're in the area, an above average chain tap house.

I've been to this location in the past but had a much better experience. They had different people running it at the time and I suppose it makes all the difference the type of service you receive at places that are set up as more of a grab and go type, nevertheless, the service I received with the change of staff was less than satisfactory. I ordered the Thai tea with no boba (tapioca). The lady taking my order looked a little annoyed at my request not to add in the e boba. I then asked if they applied military discounts at this location, to which she asked the manager in the back and he said no. No problem. I waited and got my drink but it was full to almost the brim with boba. And she says "you ordered the Thai tea did you?" And I said "yes ma'am but could I please have it without the boba. I think-" and she cuts me off and tells me to "hold on" while she proceeds to take the order of a new customer. She makes me wait while she takes a very long time getting the order of the customer before she finally turns to me and without a word, takes the boba filled tea and plops it on the counter next to the manager and complains that I don't want boba but that she's not remaking it. She gets a new cup but strains out the boba and adds a ton of ice instead of just making the drink the way I originally ordered. Then misses some boba so when I make it to the bottom of the drink, I find some. I just didn't get it. Why the need to be so rude while at a tea shop. It take less than 1 minute to make a drink per customer. I also asked the manager if he would consider asking management to consider implementing a service member discount to which he did everything to avoid from answering my question going to the extremes of saying he had a deep deep conversation with the owner about his compassion towards military service members and how he had begged and pleaded with the owner to implement one but the guy wasn't for it. And he and the other lady laughed after I said thank you and walked away. It was just awful. At least wait until I have left the building to laugh at the ridiculous story you just told me. I'm not one to leave many negative reviews but this place just left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be returning.

The best black sesame latte in Houston…read more I'm always looking for black sesame flavored drinks ever since I tried it in Seattle, so I was excited that TwoTone had it. The nuttiness of the sesame goes SOOO well with the espresso taste and it's a good creaminess too. I also like the texture of the bits of sesame seeds in the drink. The aesthetic of the cafe is modern with street-style flairs, it's a really cool space. I also love that there are Filipino flavors on the menu like ube and pandan. Most workers are super nice and say your name like they know you. They're also super attentive to ensure that everything with your order is perfect. Jonah was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we got a menu while in line! The weekdays seem to be better for wait-time, with little to no wait. The weekends however are packed and usually have lines. If you're not a line person, I would definitely come on a weekday. TwoTone is probably the best specialty coffee you can get in Houston, especially in terms of Asian flavors and creaminess. If it was closer to inner Houston, I would probably come here everyday.

My first visit was a 1star but I gave it a second try because a friend asked me to…read more I was told that this was an amazing new coffee shop and just happened to be on my route to work. It's off the feeder road of I-10 and in an inconspicuous place. It's a retail space and at first glance it looks empty and kind of shady granted, I was there around 7 AM. It may be busier and more lively later in the day or on weekends. In any case I pulled up and I saw their sign, but I was kind of concerned that it was closed because you couldn't see through the windows and again the parking lot just looked empty . I went to the door and went in. It's a very minimalist space and the decor of cold concrete floors matched the attitude and personalities of the people working that day. I was never graded, and there were a couple people sitting, waiting for coffees... There was no menu to be seen at first glance but I have a very simple order that I had in my mind because I like espresso and not sweet sugary drinks. I walked up to the register and there was a young girl who just looked at me like I was bothering her her by being in front of her. She never smiled, and she just waited for me to order. I told her good morning and she replied "Morning"...barely opened her mouth, not welcoming (or sincerity) and no smile. My order was simple.: three shots of espresso, 2 ounces of half-and-half and caramel drizzle mixed in the espresso. She looked at me weird and said ...so you want a latte? I said no not at all because I only want 2 ounces of half-and-half. I don't want all the milk of a latte. She didn't look down at the computer and kind of looked behind at a barista, and then looked back at the computer and said we do our shots in doubles .... Meaning she wouldn't give me only three shots I had to buy four. I thought that was interesting since other local shops indulge me without an issue, but I agreed to four shots. She asked me if that was it and I said yes..... I was very surprised but paid over $10 for my order of one drink! I paid because honestly, I was already ready to get out. I paid and I waited about 15 minutes for my coffee, even though there was only one person waiting for their coffee before me. I got my drink and left before tasting it. It was awful. The pull was not done well and the coffee tasted almost sour. Ugh. I was so disappointed. The very next day, my coworker said give it another try maybe it was just an off day . She also said she'd buy my coffee to make up for it so I couldn't turn that down This time I went a little bit later there was about three people in line before me. They had a lot more staff working probably about five people in total versus three the previous day. There was a different girl to front who took my order and was the total opposite of the lady the day before; bright eyed, kind and very welcoming. My coffee was still over $10 and this time it took me 35 minutes to get my coffee. I don't know if they had DoorDash orders or what, but I couldn't understand why there was a lot more workers and it took double the time to get my coffee. Once I got my coffee, it did taste better than my first visit, but still had a little bit of sour taste... Not as much as before though. Even if it ended up tasting better, I could not validate paying $10 for my coffee and waiting up to 35 minutes for it.. Especially when I can go to any of my other local coffee shops that I normally frequent for a less than $5 coffee (that only has three shots that I want) and the great service and flavor is always consistent. I never want to see any business fail. So I hope that the owners will discuss the importance of consistency in making their product, as well as being hospitable. There are so many coffee shops in Houston that one could choose from.

It was late in the day but the laidback decorated space was packed, music not too loud with a pleasant vibe. I asked if I could get the pistachio dream with oatmilk and the server recommended against it saying it would make the drink too sweet. I appreciated her honest advice and got the dragonfruit strawberry refresher instead. It was definitely refreshing with the perfect amount of ice to keep it cold but not water it down. I also tried one of the mini croissants which is probably what will keep me coming back. Flaky and full of high quality cheese and spices, I wish I had gotten two! I'll definitely come back at an earlier time since a lot of the pastries were sold out.

I went on a weekend so it was busy, but it wasn't unbearable. They have a decent amount of outdoor seating which was nice. Staff, 10/10: no complaints here! They were extremely patient with me upon ordering when I had a lot of questions, even though there were people waiting behind me. They were informative, had great energy, and were also hustling to get people their orders as quickly as possible Food/Drinks, 10/10: As a vegan, coffee shops can be hit or miss, especially on the food. Having clearly labeled vegan options made it easy for me to have confidence with my choice (vegan all day). The bread was perfectly warm but not hard. Great flavor. I also asked for a matcha with strawberry puree & no foam to meet my dietary needs. It was delicious! The person I was with had no the smoked salmon avocado toast and what I recall to be the amazon cloud. She rated them both 10/10 with no hesitation. Very flavorful and refreshing. Overall this experience was 10/10 for both of us. It's a not so small coffee shop with diverse options, friendly staff, and a clean ambiance that makes me want to go back. Highly recommend.

Otherwise I can only go in the weekends The service was friendly and they were efficient.
