On the day of work, the team showed up 5 minutes after the start of the arrival window -- oh, how we appreciate work starting on time -- and got right to it, working steadily and finishing in not quite 4 hours. We have been using another company for many years but thought this year I would try another Service Provider for our annual refreshing on our large collection of Teak furniture. We reached out to Teak Master, and received an immediate response from Tim. During our discussions he also offered to refinish our Cedar Sauna, which had not been stained in over 5 years. I'm not advocating this, but that's what we did. Our furniture was completely grey, dirty, and cracked to high heaven.
