It's been over 2 months since we had the door done and it looks great, no complaints. We couldn't be happier. Raul was so professional from start to finish. He set up a mock paint studio in our front yard and he made several samples of how I wanted to door to look and he allowed me plenty of time to make up my mind on the finish. It took 2 days and it wasn't cheap but it was so worth it! They installed the door locks, and peep-hole. We love our door and he made it look like it was stained instead of painted wood. We highly recommend him and his crew!

They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

Over the years, we have worked closely with Luis, and a few qualities have consistently stood out: he is always punctual, offers fair pricing, and delivers remarkable results. This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. However, once I saw the finished work, I could hardly believe my eyes. It genuinely looked as though we had replaced the countertop with granite. The finish appeared solid, durable, and waterproof. Luis and his team did an outstanding job. I was truly blown away by both the quality of the workmanship and the final result. I only wish I had taken before-and-after photos, but judging by the many client photos already available, you can clearly see the level of quality they consistently deliver. Would I use Always Refinishing again and highly recommend their work? Absolutely: 100%.

The next day he arrived at my house to discuss the projects, do the measurements, and give me a quote. As of today, Andres has done a total of 3 projects for me. I wanted metal side gates for both sides of my house. One is to replace the old and weathered wooden gate, and the other one is to add extra security to the side of my house where the bedroom windows are located. I showed Andres the design I wanted, and he was able to transform my vision into reality. The turnaround time was only two weeks. Today, more than four years after Andres' team had completed the work, the side gates are still looking fantastic!! We did black powder coating on all 3 projects. This process truly helps the gates to look as good as new for many years to come. I am extremely pleased with what Andres and his team have delivered. Andres' son came to my house to do the welding and installations. He's a true professional. He was able to complete the projects in a timely manner. The third project was a custom design security door for the back of my house. I sent Andres the photo of what I wanted, and again his team was able to create what I asked for. I absolutely love love love this door. Even after 4 years, it's still looking perfect!! This project took a lot longer, over 2.5 months to complete. Keep in mind that this was during the pandemic in January 2022. In the end, I was truly satisfied with the results, so it was definitely worth all the wait. I hope to hire Andres and his team to do more projects for me in the near future. I greatly respect his magnificent work and craftsmanship. He's got an eye for detail!!
