Be sure to sign up for their rewards club so you can get points for purchases. They also occasionally run promotions so you can take advantage of that. Through the app you're able to easily mobile order things and items will be ready for you. As for the parking there is a little section right there by the store is limited but it is possible where you could get blocked in if the Starbucks drive-through line is really long. Overall this is where I will come and get smoothies if I am in town. The team here is usually very nice and I haven't come across any issues before.

So get this...my cousin and I were hungry/thirsty while running errands so we decided to beat two birds with one stone by him ordering food to-go at Mikados while I order two boba drinks at Woody's. I ended up ordering just one drink because I wanted an avocado smoothie, and they were out of avocados. So anywho, it was about 3pm and my cousin texted me and asked if I already ordered. I said "yeah" and he said "ok good. you'll probably get your drink by the time I get our to-go order from Mikado". 3:12pm and guess what? My cousin already received his order. Seriously? I checked who was working. There must have been at least five people on shift. They weren't short-staffed so what the heck?! What's taking so long? I noticed quite a lot of customers waiting on their drinks too. 3:20, I feel like I'm on the verge of complaining. Finally, at 3:25 I got my drink. I was so irritated. First off, Woody's claim they aren't a fast food establishment and they serve drinks "as fast as they can". 25 minutes for one boba drink? I've been to several boba places and never does it take that long just for one drink, especially when there are plenty of people working. What's going on Woodys? To be positive, I love how you fixed up the place, and I do like the taste of your drinks, but on the negative side, why can't you come up with a better system to ensure fast service? Just think, if a DINE-IN restaurant like Mikado can come up with a to-go order within 12 minutes, why can't a shop like yours serve ONE DRINK within the same or less time? That's just sad. You may be lucky you're not at risk of going out of business because there's not much competition in little Santa Maria, but still, that's not an excuse for the poor service you continuously give to your customers. If I ask any of my friends about your service, you know what they tell me? YOU GUYS ARE SLOW! You have so much potential, but you keep disappointing many of your customers. Time to step it up. Until then, I'll get my drinks from Boba House and Cha101 for now on. read more

Worst Boba experience ever!! I ordered a Coconut Milk Tea, my favorite drink, and who knew they could screw up so badly twice?! First time, they tried to give me this white ice slushie and I told them that that wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a simple Milk Tea, which should be liquid, not solid. The next drink they gave me five minutes later was what my friend and I considered revolting. It was PURE WHITE. To be clear, milk tea should have TEA in it, and there is no excuse for why the cafe should have given me disgusting pure white diluted artificial coconut water. It really looked like they just microwaved the initial ice slush and put ice cubes in it. The drink was shameful to milk tea everywhere, and I do not recommend ever coming here for milk tea because I can tell you this establishment does not know what milk tea even is: Tea (typically black tea) plus milk. and flavoring if the person wants it flavored, coconut in my case. NEVER AGAIN. PS They overcharged me by charging for the ice slush drink ($4.75!!!!!) and didn't even apologize for getting my order wrong and DIDN"T REIMBURSE ME for overcharging me with the wrong drink. I didn't bother asking for it because I just wanted to get out of there asap. They may have better menu items other than milk tea, but the RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and awkward service isn't worth it.
