My experience unlike these other reviews was great! The staff are very nice, place is nice and remodeled. Some of the reviews I saw before coming were that the drinks weren't good. My experience however was awesome and I really enjoyed the drinks and prefer it over others because it's natural fruit and not sweetened like others. My only flaw I will say is the options on the menu as they are barely visible but other than that I enjoyed this spot and will be coming back. read more

Terrible teas. We went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and there was a long line so we were excited to try it. We ordered the black milk tea and raro milk tea and they were disgusting. I took a drink and ended up tossing it all away. My husbands taro milk tea was also gross. They tasted like they were made from powder that didn't fully dissolve. The Boba itself was okay but couldn't eat it without tasting the terrible drinks. 0/10 will not be back. read more

Ok now I see why they're rated the way they are. When you come here expect to be waiting at least 20 minutes for your drink even if it's not that many customers waiting. I came on my lunch break and spent half my lunch here. There were about 5 people waiting when I walked in along with a small line of two people. Idk if they need more staff or what but I got here at 2:34 and it's 2:55 and I am still waiting for my drink as I type this. I won't be back here when I'm on a time crunch. read more

Horrible experience today! Ordered a large drink with boba and the dumb girl behind the counter gave me my drink with jelly. I asked nicely to have it corrected and all she did was look at me like I was crazy. She quickly threw away the jelly and instead of making me a new one she used the left over drink and filled it with boba. Now my drink was half empty. I tried telling her to make me a new one. All that girl in the orange shirt did was walk away before I could tel her to fix it kindly! (SINCE I PAID FOR IT) I was able to get the owner's attention and I let the owner know and all she could say was "oh but then we would have to make you a new one that's why" I said " forget it, it's fine then" she said "yeah sorry" No you're not mam! I will definitely not be going back! Talk about customer service. Maybe it's something everyone in there should learn. And talk about dress code that girl in there showing her cleavage. Dirty and disgusting just like her attitude! I will make sure I go to the other Boba place on Miller next time!! One thing is owning a business and the other is knowing HOW to run it. What I think is really good is that you can add different flavored jellies, flavored popping boba, and/or regular boba in your beverage(s) all for an additional price. What I don't like is the service. I walked in and did not feel welcomed at all. I'm assuming it's a family owned business and it's probably the owner's daughter who I encountered or just some hired young teen girl working. I walked in and wasn't acknowledged and stood in line, looked at the menu, and wasn't greeted or was told she needed a moment so I sat down and waited. Obviously, she was making a beverage but that shouldn't stop someone from greeting a customer or at least be asked to be given a moment, especially if I can be seen right at the counter. after finishing the previous customer's order she then proceeds to take my order. she didn't thank me; she just rang me up and made my order like she was just forced to be there and didn't care about the business. The next time I went, a teen boy was working. With all the signs saying their items aren't "fast food" and it may take awhile for the ordered items, I was prepping myself for bad service again. At least he acknowledged me and gave me better treatment. I only come here bc I live on the north side of town (while the other boba shop is across town) and need a simple boba fix. I stopped coming here once the original owners sold their store years ago. I came back for the first time a few weeks ago and I was hoping these new owners would win me over but no. their service is mediocre. read more
