The parking is free and easy. The location has tables out front, inside and on a cute deck out back which is my favorite seating location. My favorite item is the chia seed puddling bowl with peanut butter, Nutella, honey and blueberries. I appreciate that the staff offers an alternative to plastic serving dishes and utensils. - Some mornings, they are too busy to accommodate plastic free requests but when they have the time, they do. The decor is welcoming. I like the entry space with the painted flower wall and I think yellow is a great color choice. - The pricing for the pudding is really affordable. The minute I saw their advertisement on IG and their page, I made sure to make time over the weekend (specifically on Saturday) to visit them! We got the coffee flight which included the following flavors: maple chai, butter pecan, pumpkin spice, and caramel apple. And I have to say that ALL were spectacular. My rankings are as follows: 1. I really want to like this place because it's the only small, locally owned coffee business in Nipomo. But unfortunately, each of the handful of times I've come here over the years, it felt unwelcoming. Plenty of people behind the counter, but none of them could be bothered to make eye contact or greet me. Then someone reluctantly comes over to take my order. This last time they told me they had to brew more coffee and would let me know when it was ready. I waited for a while and saw new customers coming and going with their coffee, so I went to the counter and was handed an empty cup and pointed to the milk. I asked where the coffee was and was pointed to another table behind me. I didn't realize it was self serve. For an expensive coffee place like this I would think they could be bothered to pour it for you and hand it off to you when it's done. It just goes to show you what a great place Nipomo would be to open a coffee house or a restaurant. There's a ton of people living here and little to no competition. Even though the people at this coffeehouse act like you're inconveniencing them by being there, they've managed to stay in business for years. read more

Adorable little spot! We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly lady which I later found out was the owner. They were starting to get ready for game night. My friend and I were there for some wine so we went to the beautiful patio. It's mainly a little coffee shop by I do wish they had more food options. My artichoke dip was still cold so I asked them to warm it up for me. By the time we were about to leave they were doing karaoke so we joined in. All in all a very fun time:) read more

I came into this coffee shop after being referred by a friend saying they have great coffee. I wanted to order a drink to try and also some espresso beans to take home for my espresso maker. I've heard it's best to get espresso beans from a local coffee shop, and I also want to support small businesses. It was pretty busy inside and the three or four staff members were all very busy behind the counter and did not acknowledge me when I entered. After a while of me smiling and being polite waiting for someone to look at me instead of ignoring me, someone finally asked me to please wait. I didn't want to wait a long time for one drink so I just said ok, I just want to know if you sell espresso beans and they said no. So I left instead of waiting however much longer. It was really hot in there and smelled nasty-coffee shops should smell like yummy coffee but I'm assuming they serve food because it smelled like onions and stuff. This is not somewhere that looks relaxing or chill to hang out and drink coffee. The parking lot is also very small and was busy. I'm willing to come back and try again when I have more time to wait. read more

Wow this place is amazing definitely recommend it. Upon walking in we were greeted right away with a friendly hello. I love the decor it's fun and welcoming and there are kids games to play I enjoy that they cater to kids and family. I tried a ginger scone so fresh and tasty lots of good flavor. I'm not too much a coffee person but the apple latte drink I think that's what was called for was amazing such great flavor it was missing chai but I don't even think it needed it, it had a crisp apple chip on top so cute and delicious. Even though this place is about a 15 minute drive it's worth it the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the drinks are delicious I will be back. read more

Went for the first time yesterday on a Saturday for brunch. The outdoor deck was my favorite part. It was relaxing. Very greenery. The food was good. A little overpriced. I ordered the pesto Turkey sandwich the was bread was really hard. I also ordered the grilled cheese with tomato soup for my daughter and that was good. I ordered water and it was warm tap water that you pour yourself. Was gross! Our other drinks (soda and iced coffee) were also warm/room temperature. An older lady called out our names to get our food. She just stood at the outdoor door with our food. We got up and got it. Wasn't sure if we pick up the food or they bring out to the tables. I asked her for extra napkins and she just ignored me. Maybe she was hard at hearing, I don't know! I think it's a hit or miss spot depending on who's working and cooking. read more

Bubbles and tea was great! I completely forgot to take pictures because I was there working on my laptop, but it was a great atmosphere very welcoming. The Matcha latte was good and so was the avocado toast. I highly recommend getting the bacon as well because it was absolutely delicious and nice thick cut. The outside patio is super cute. A little chilly this time of year but still really nice. Feels like you're in the trees. They were very welcoming to my dog Gino, and we got to sit on the patio. Mean girl environment! Writing this review after giving this place a second chance. First time was a few Saturdays ago with my sister. Arrived and stood at the register for a few minutes, unacknowledged, until a young woman, without a word, stood at the register, with a straight face, waiting for us to order. Ordered 5 drinks to go, and still tipped fairly well. Good drinks but super unwelcoming service, despite all the good reviews. Just went in again with my toddler. Ordered two breakfast entrees and one drink "for here" and decided I would tip cash after dining, hoping for a much better second experience. Wow, was I so wrong. Wasn't too full inside but we went out to the patio. There was a couple out there as well. A worker called out a name (not sure if customers picked up their food or food was served to tables). Then noticed a young female worker (the same one from my first visit) come out to the patio and handed the couple their to go order. As more names were called out, I noticed the worker would serve the food to the tables. Soon after a mom with her kids came out to the patio as well. I heard my name called and waited for my food to be served, or so I thought. After a few minutes I went inside to see my food sitting on the counter, near the patio entrance, but noticed my drink wasn't there. The young worker, who had been serving all the other orders, was standing at that counter. I asked her if my drink was coming soon, to which an older female barista replied "it's over here" and pointed around the corner to the counter near the register. Made absolutely no sense why it would be all the way over there, but I went to grab my drink anyways. After I figured how to take both my plates and drink to my table, I made two trips since not even a hand was offered to at least open the door out to the patio, for at least some common courtesy. A little while later, the young worker came out to serve the table next to us. A couple moms with their kids showed up a maybe like 30-40 minutes later, and as we were leaving, the worker came out with their food as well. I guess this place picks and chooses which customers they want to serve well, I'm guessing based how well they tip or not (as read in another review). I would give 0 stars if I could but 1 star since the food/drink was okay. And no I didn't tip their jar on my way out. It will be a good while before I decide to ever give this place another chance. Feels like it's run by a bunch of mean girls. read more

Super friendly staff and very clean and cute inside! We sat on the patio and it's really pretty with how it's surrounded by all of the trees. The pesto sandwich left me full and I really liked the bread they used. My friend got the scone and an iced oatmilk lavender latte and that was really good too. I just wanted to check this place out because of the name! I was curious. What they mean is that they do sell bottles of champagne and wine. I don't know what the idea was, but it seems to be a coffee place with seating and very friendly employees. Parking may be an issue at times because it is directly next to a pilates studio and additional businesses. The indoor seating is a casual hodge-podge; I think it would be a good place for a bridal shower, maybe (there's a funky couch). There's an outdoor deck with tables which can come in handy; when I was there, four businessmen were having a meeting around a table. They make some pastries and the server recommended one to me which sounded very unique (bacon and something else I didn't expect). But I did love it! read more

Went on a Tuesday morning and surprisingly it was very lively! The two young girls behind the bar were super friendly and had great customer service skills. I ordered an avocado toast and a chocolate banana latte. The avocado toast was simple yet delicious and the latte was very tasty.
