    I was pleased in the very beginning. Ken was AWESOME at first until the last 2 times that I took my car in which was in April 2024 and October 2024. Lack of communication after leaving numerous voicemails attempting to get updates about my vehicle after a month of waiting, I had to find a ride to the service center. Was lied to and told that they couldn't find anything wrong with my struts! After hearing the bs from Ken. I took my car to a different shop to find out that : TECH INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND FOUND THE FOLLOWING: THE FRONT RIGHT CV AXLE IS SPITTING OUT GREASE. BOTH COMPLIANCE BUSHINGS ARE CRACKED AND THE CONTROL ARM HAS EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT FRONT STRUTS ARE MAKING NOISE AND BOUNCY. WHEEL BEARINGS FEEL TIGHT AND GOOD AT THIS TIME. DO NOT FEEL ANY PLAY IN THE STEERING COMPONENTS AT THIS TIME. **RECOMMEND LOWER FRONT CONTROL ARMS, FRONT STRUTS AND FRONT RIGHT CV AXLE. ALONG WITH PERFORMING AN ALIGNMENT. From my recollection these repairs were supposedly done on my vehicle. Apparently NOT!! STRUTS "replaced June 2023" CV AXLE AND AXLE SEAL "replaced July 29, 2022 Had to reach out to B.A.R. which is the Bureau of Automotive Repair so that they can give me some help with getting my repairs and he was lied to stating that there's only a 12 month warranty which is a lie there's a 24-month warranty on parts. He also was told that Team apparently didn't even replace the full strut assembly. They didn't install the plate that goes on the strut. Like seriously?!?! So not only did they not do the job that they were supposed to but then they want me to pay the diagnostic fee again and pay for them to replace the plate that they never put on which was 120 bucks plus pay for labor I think not!! I feel as if they're trying to wait me out so they don't have to replace the parts for free as covered under the warranty and have me pay all over again. Please please whatever you do do not take your car here just giving you full warning!!

    I dropped my vehicle off for a recall in the morning and the rep said that it was estimated to take 1-2 days. The service was prompt. She was nice. I had a ride so I asked her to call me when the recall was completed. A few hours later, my phone started going off like crazy while I was in the middle of a project. Text. Email. Text. Email ... all "Needs immediate attention" ... then a phone call from the rep telling me that my 2 front tires needed to be replaced and the vehicle needs an alignment. I was really concerned (because I trusted them) and asked how much it would cost and how long it would take. She said the estimated cost was $771 and it would be ready for me the next day (see pictures attached). $771 was a lot of money for me, so I told her I needed some time before I could make the purchase. All 4 tires on my new vehicle are Michelin Energy Saver and have only 21,000 miles on them. They're rated for 65,000 miles. Since I declined the 2 new tires and the alignment, my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was really disappointed when I came to pick up the vehicle. The tires that this service center wanted to replace looked very good to me (see pictures attached). It's so wasteful to replace these tires. I'm going to another service center to get my tires rotated and will ask them for a second opinion. Also, the recall only took a few hours and was ready when the rep started texting/emailing/calling me for an issue that "needs immediate attention". Now I understand why she told me it would take 1-2 days. Even though my vehicle only has 21,000 miles on it, she was adding in the additional time it would take for them to fix something ... anything .. on a brand-new vehicle. If she was focused on just the recall she would have said "3-5 hours", which is more honest and accurate. Be careful with any service center. Don't approve any additional expenses without getting a second opinion. It's hard to find an honest service center these days.

    I had negative and positive wires replaced on 2015 Chevy Tahoe as well as battery. The following day the car would not start. Come to find out, the nut from positive wire to the battery was missing which caused the car not to start. Also, nut for bracket wasn't even tightened down. I brought the car back the following day and rather than owning the problem, the technician denied even touching the nut. Horrible service followed up with horrible customer service.

    Over priced $600 for estimate and wanted over $6000 to fix and they said it with a straight face,got it fixed for $2400 somewhere else

Jazz was wonderful to us on the phone, and you got the feeling that these guys were proud of what they do and they were genuine people, not a shop trying to scam you out of your hard-earned money. They were honest and straightforward in what they did to our car. We have a 2010 Honda CRV and the AC compressor needed to be replaced, which is a very expensive job. We knew it was going to be expensive, but we also wanted someone that we could totally trust so they didn't charge us another $1,000 more. I had a good feeling when we walked into the waiting room. Jazz greeted us right away, as well as the mechanics walking in and out; they all greeted everybody in the room, telling them hello. You just don't get that at normal places. We have never been here, and because of the wonderful reviews, we thought we'd definitely want to give them a shot. We do not regret using them to repair our car. When it all came down to the total $$$, Jazz was able to save us another $300 off the initial cost because he was able to source a slightly less expensive AC compressor for the car. They also follow up with you a week later to see if everything is okay; you get the feeling that this is run by some really good, honest people that don't want to rake you over the coals like some of the other shops. I would highly recommend giving them a call and talking to them if you're hesitant about it. You'll probably have the same experience I did. I would definitely go back to them for any of my car issues in the future.

Before, during, and after the work i was being told everything that was going on and i was updated on everything throughout the whole process. I did not feel misguided or treated unfairly like i have in the past with a lot of other mechanics. Gabriel was honest trustworthy and kept his word on everything he said he would do. Most mechanics just service your car and that is it but Gabriel actually took the time to show me what he did and explain so i was able to learn a lot. I will be taking my car back anytime i need it serviced or repaired because all in all i had a great friendly pleasant experience which now days seems hard to find. I highly recommend you go here and actually talk to the owner and get work done because like i said its one of the few honest knowledgeable mechanics ive been to.
