I took my wife's Miata here for an oil change and a rear differential service. They left the oil filter loose and oil came out all over the bottom of the car. I brought it back and they said it was just spillage from the oil change. I don't believe them but they did fix it. 2 weeks later the rear differential started leaking and I decided to look at it myself and they left the fill bolt loose. There was oil all over my driveway and all over the rear end of the car. I had to fix it myself because at this point I couldn't trust them. They almost blew up my wife's motor and her rear differential. For the price they charge you would think they would be better at the job. Don't take your car here unless you're planning on checking everything they are going to touch. read more

I purchased my car (2022 Mazda 3 Sedan) here a couple of months ago and had a great experience. I brought my car in to get some maintenance done and there was an airbag sensor coming in as well. I stopped in and worked with Kyle, who was great! You can schedule an appointment through the app but I ended up calling in to get some guidance with the light. Everyone was so nice, and they kept me informed along the way and even allowed me to text them to coordinate picking my car back up. I have no idea what happened to this place over the years but if you have to have your car serviced, run and don't look back. With everything going on with Covid-19, you would think they would car about the customers have. Not only won't they return my phone calls but they won't even live up to their promises. If I could give them a 0, I would. My car had an engine oil leak and my dash notification lights were staying on. I took it to them to have them repair the issues and have them services as well since I did buy it from them many years ago and they always use to service it. They contacted me after they found the issues and informed me of the cost to repair and I had no issue with it since they didn't find anything else wrong with the vehicle, so they claimed. My wife picked up my car a week later and they claimed that the car would run like new, she paid and drove away. When I got home, she informed me that the car dash lights had gone back on and that the car wasn't driving correctly. I was confused, we just spent $2,400 fixing it. I called over and over again and no one would return my messages or even contact me. After a week of this, I finally drove up there to speak to them in person because I couldn't use my car. The car was not operating. They tried to convince me that my car didn't work now because the flushing of the transmission caused my car not to operate anymore. What? Having you change and flush the transmission fluids caused the vehicle not to operate? I paid for services and for you to check my car before you performed any service to it. You didn't find anything wrong with my transmission and there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in. Yet you want me to believe doing a transmission fluid change and flush is the reason why my car is no longer operational? Come on. But if that wasn't insult enough, Shyanne Marie West (ID: 689075) told me they were sorry for making me spend so much to repair the car. That they would credit me the $2,400 towards the purchase of another vehicle, she lied. I drove there to find out that she wasn't even there for our scheduled appointment and no one at the dealership knew what I was talking about. I texted her and called her for the last three weeks and not one response from her. I even texted her asking if she was going to honor what she said and she has not even had the courtesy to respond with a no. I'm not only out $2,400 but I'm out a car and during these times as an essential worker, it's sad that a dealership would take advantage of a customer. read more

I have been a Mazda owner for over 20 yrs and always had wonderful service from dealerships. This particular dealership service center started to go downhill with customer relations a couple of years ago. My husband did not have a good experience, being told repairs were 'necessary' with no actual inspection to then be told by another reputable non dealership service center that repair was not necessary at all. My last experience was horrible. I called several times to attempt to make an appointment only for it to go to voicemail, so I left a message requesting an appointment and never received a call back. A week later I called again and finally was able to speak to the scheduler who was the most polite person in the entire service experience. I dropped my vehicle off and put the key in the drop box. 2 hrs later, only an hour after opening, I received a text message stating my vehicle had 'critically failed' 10 inspection items! My vehicle is 3 yrs old and 2 of the listed items had been completed less than a year prior. When I inquired I was told in fact this extensive list was in fact 'recommended' based on mileage but not actually 'inspected'. I wanted to know if these items actually failed, why recently serviced items (such as alignment) would fail again less that a year later and what certain service items were so I could make an informed decision. Dominic the service agent did not answer a single one of my questions politely or comprehensively. Stating it was 'my choice' and to come pick my vehicle up. So I did and when doing so he was so incredibly rude to me, shrugging, pushing papers at me to sign and not caring a single bit about customer service or that he was representing Mazda, a company I have used for my driving experience for 2 decades but will never use again.
