Bought a 2008 Harley Davidson with 20,000 miles on it, did not make it 10 miles the clutch went out took it back they said they put a new clutch in, didn't make it 1 mile clutch went out again they said they replaced it again, the clutch went out 3 times i got the parts for the clutch that were in my bike before they replaced it. had it towed from there to my house went another 20 miles and the crank broke. Payed 13,000 dollars and can't even ride my bike. And dream rides taking no responsibility for the crappy Harley they sold me would never recommend anyone going to dream rides they sell lemons! read more

My bike has been at Dream Rides for 5 months now. Granted covid has caused long delays for parts however all my parts have been on hand now for over a month. Btw the policy is they won't touch your bike until all the parts are in. There has been little communication as for updates on my repair. Even a lack of communication between the mechanics and the shop manager. I knew the mechanics were having trouble getting a part to fit for several days before the shop manager was made aware. The statement was made "they work on your bike and get stuck then move on to another bike". What???? So they don't call the customer to ask what you want them to do about the issue or communicate with the shop manager? So at least there's some knowledge on your bikes situation if you call in. Seemed like she was even frustrated. I'm very disappointed. I was referred to this place and I'm going to jam him up too. I've missed the entire summer. There's not even a estimated completion date on my bike. Pissed is an understatement. There's literally about 30 bikes in this shop. Think twice. read more

I needed some tires mounted (for a BMW no less) and John's shop seems to be heavily HD. The guys there treated me well (even though I wasn't riding an HD), they mounted the tires, was happy to do it, and got me out the door fast. Awesome customer service. I will be going back. Like others say, it's no frills. But I like that. It FEELS like a motorcycle shop. Lots going on, lots of extra parts, lots to see. Great music to boot! read more

So I pulled in right before they were gonna close with a tire I needed to have swapped out and was told that he had no time for me because he was working on his own bike. I asked John to build my top end on my 96inch 2007 FLHR and he did just that with some new pipes . And Holy shit... I mean wow what a diff, They dynoed it and i'm telling you what a ride... Thanks John and his crew because i'm pretty anal about my bike and they had to see me a couple times but very happy and have had not one leak or issue other then how John likes the bike to run and how i wanted it but he won because my idea just wouldn't keep the battery charged..lol. Worst repair shop. Took my bike in for some repairs and add-ons last year. They lost my saddlebag brackets, screwed up the wiring on new turn signals, lost/misplaced the header pipe. I gave up on that shop and had taken my bike into the local Harley shop. Harley shop just called to tell me whoever worked on my bike before, overtorqued and snapped off the head bolt. What a great repair shop to just hide the issue, not fix it and not tell the customer. I guess like the old saying, "you get what you pay for", worst mistake in my life, dont make the same mistake I did, stay clear of this shop read more

Dream ride more like nightmare to your wallet,i took my harley to them trusting there word,the owner him self (john) greeted me as i told him my problem not being a mechanic of corse thats why i was there anyways i had a bolt in a crankcase vent wouldn't come out i asked him if there was any alternative besides taking my motor out he assured me there wasn't a week and a half later with no correspondence i show up there i looked over my bike an where the bolt was that he stressed was a vent was a shiny new bolt i could not believe my eyes our his as he seen i noticed the new bolt basically he tore my bike completely apart for nothing, wait to charge me 1280.00 bucks,as i confronted his work he acted as he was helping me telling me thats how business was i don't recommend this place for anybody i didn't know business was that hard up. GET A SECOND OPION BEFOR DREAM RIDES BECOME YOUR NIGHTMARE. read more
