On the day of the timing belt service for the Acura RDX, I had dropped off the vehicle in the morning and was later notified at a reasonable time (as estimated), that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Upon arriving at the shop, Hoang took the time to explain what his team had completed (torqued bolts to OEM spec, displayed the condition of the previous belt, etc.) and answered any questions that I had in mind. The quality in the work showed and I wasn't pressured into signing off any additional service work that was not required. I would definitely recommend H-Tech Auto to any family members and friends, if they are ever in need of any auto service repair work that needs be taken care of.

Donny V prepared my estimate and worked with me to get the work I wanted done. I was told the work should be done in one work week and it was. I dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up midday on Friday. Mercedes at the front desk is very helpful with scheduling, status of the work, etc. And she will work with Enterprise to have a loner car brought to you, and have it picked up at V&V when your car is ready. I would definitely recommend V&V for auto body repairs.

1/5 Stars - Complete Nightmare…read more I brought my truck in for a check engine light, though it was running perfectly fine at the time. After their diagnostic, I approved $700 in repairs for a purge valve and vapor canister. I was asked to pick it up at 3:00 PM, but when I arrived, the truck wasn't ready and clearly wasn't running right. I had to come back the next day, and it has been a disaster ever since. The truck is now undriveable. I nearly got into a serious accident trying to merge into traffic because the vehicle just wouldn't accelerate. I am currently having it towed to another shop to figure out what they did. To make matters worse, they tried to claim it might be the oil pump--an issue that wouldn't even cause these symptoms and was already replaced recently. Avoid this shop. I paid $700 to have a functional vehicle turned into a safety hazard. Review will be deleted with a refund.

Robert's Body Shop worked on my buddy's car last year and did a great job, so I took it down to them for an estimate. They quoted 1500 for the job and said they could take the car the next morning. I brought it in on Wednesday and they had it ready for pick up on Friday. The work on the truck was impeccable. It looked as though it never happened. All in all, great customer service and an awesome job on the body damage. Thanks guys! You got yourself another regular customer when I need some work done. When they show me the tear, it was obvious that someone torn it on purpose during inspection. The female owner then told me that it cost $20 to replace it in order to pass inspection. Later I found out from another auto place that the replaced wiper did not even fit my vehicle and it was forced into it causing it to scrape the windshield. I still cannot forget how embarrassed the inspector person was when he told me about the torn wiper.
