The owners of this business have been dismissive, defensive, non-responsive, and not particularly service oriented. Really an unfortunate experience given the amount of money spent on this transaction. Specifically, Revival failed to deliver warranty documents that were required to be provided to me upon the completion of work, as specifically noted in the statement of work. Even though warranty documents were not provided, Revival's owners demanded immediate payment in full. Revival also failed to advise ahead of time about County inspections that needed to be completed after installation. This easily could have been communicated to me up-front but was not, and led to a lot of last-minute scrambling with my tenants when inspectors showed up without notice, or notified us of follow-up visits. Note to Revival owners: Going forward, please treat your paying customers with more respect, anticipate their needs, and don't send long-winded defensive treatises when customers reasonably object to the way they're being treated. These are fairly easy-to-implement service changes and would really improve your service model.

Better Air Northwest sent out an estimator (Eric) for free. He was really nice, helpful, and figured out how to solve our issue for a reasonable price! We received the estimate per email a couple days later and unlike other companies, no pressure was put on us to approve the job right away - instead we were given as long as we needed to discuss and ponder. As soon as we approved the estimate, we were contacted so we could get on the schedule. Somehow Edgar and Juan asked and also answered all the questions at the very beginning and we were able to do other things while they did these 2 jobs like the true professionals they are. They started by taping everything in the room with the closet, and it kept everything so clean! (Although they did clean up after - and left the place tidier than it started haha - not even kidding they cleaned our doormat I forgot to clean prior to their arrival!) The attached pictures were provided by them and show the beautiful job they did! But I've seen other little touches that proof they are all about getting the job done right. The return job was completed somewhat satisfactorily. When they returned to complete the job, the owner kept making statements about me updating the review to 5 stars in exchange for coming back and completing the original job. Read the 4 star review on here, as it was the same with that person as it was with us. Just like everyone elses negative reviews the Groupon is a bait and switch. They came to our house told us everything was very dirty and that everything will need to be brushed no vacuumd so our Groupon was worthless. $450 for a half done job(see pictures of AFTER the original work was done). We requested a detailed invoice of the service and when we didn't receive it I called to find out what the delay was. The person I spoke to just kept reiterating the same thing over and over. How dirty everything was and how they cleaned it and I was to prove to him where it was still dirty. Mind you he was looking at this very same review while on the phone. The last red flag that is they only take venmo AND it goes to a private individual under the name Marlene Gomez Perez. Please do not use this company.
