We moved out of our 2 bedroom apartment into a pod for an out of state move. The movers were on time, parked the truck in the drive way very easily, and got right to work! It's a tough driveway so I knew we were in good hands once they easily made the reverse up a hill to get into the parking spot. Picture attached for proof. This is VERY belated, but I've been meaning to post a review for these guys because they were LIFESAVERS for me and my husband's move last year. They did an amazing and efficient job wrapping furniture, moving furniture (including massive stuff like bookshelves, a U-shaped sectional, a full wooden entertainment center, a king bed frame, and very heavy-duty tables) and boxes into the truck, and moving us from a house (we were renting a bedroom there) to an apartment... Without any elevators (we are on the second floor, up a flight of stairs). I was seriously amazed at their speed of packing, and how one person could lift a heavy couch sectional on his back... And how another one even helped unscrew and rescrew our bedroom (makeshift office) door in order to get a wide desk in! They were also friendly and didn't complain or gripe despite the hard work it all required. They kept asking me if their furniture placement was okay and never complained when I asked them to move something a little to the left or right. AND on top of that, it was a hot day, and they were sweating so much in addition to wearing masks to protect from COVID. And all for such a fair price, too (compared to many other companies I had looked up and gotten quotes from). My ONLY point of constructive feedback is that I'm pretty sure one box of kitchen supplies somehow got lost in the midst of everything. I didn't realize it till afterwards, of course. And it was also my fault for not noticing earlier. It probably got left deep in the truck but I honestly don't even know. But, all in all, just wanted to give these guys a huge thank you and this review for doing what me and husband could not have done ourselves. We were SO thankful to have such great help!! read more

These guys are great & friendly !! I called in once & finalized the rate & move date with Larry.. He promptly sent a text message with the quote & tip information upfront. On the move day, the movers arrive about 45mins before schedule which was great as we were almost ready.. they give us time be prepared & take a look at the stuff until then. Two guys for 1Bed to 1Bed move with a large truck was fairly easy & quick.. was ALL done within 2.5 hrs without a single break!!! They had blankets & plastic wrap to cover everything in large boxes to carry all small stuff & boxes. They do not have a moving closet though, thats ok coz they stacked up all clothes properly! They had to lift up our heavy couch over the window both times & they did it perfectly! Dismantled & re-assembled the bed very fast & efficiently! They worked very hard & quick! We hired 3 movers to move belongings from my residents (1 flight of stairs) and my boyfriend's residents (ground floor) into the final destination of a two story house. The movers were quick and efficient, even more so since I already had all my belongings in boxes. They laid down a rug for high foot traffic paths. They also padded up dressers. They were ready to empty out both places. They started at 830 and wrapped up around 4. Not a single thing break! I have so many things it does not fit in 26 foot truck. They come on time. Price is written down when they arrived on paper. I have tons of tons of stuff they finish in no time! Help pack and bring wardrobe box. I should not have gotten those on my own. They have lunch time and it will count towards your moving hours so don't be alarm. Price is reasonable and most important of all, they are courteous and friendly! I will do more packing in boxes next time since it helps them move faster, instead of using luggages. Another to do is put color labels for each room. Booking was very informal, as I exchanged messages with Larry and received a text confirmation that the movers would arrive at the agreed time. I checked in a few days prior via text, and reconfirmed as well. The workers arrived on time, and worked super efficiently. We opted for a 2 man crew for our 2BR/1BA place -- which was all done in about 3 hours. We ran into a slight hiccup at our new place, which required a creative solution to get the furniture in -- really impressed with how quickly they were able to get everything moved. Seems to be cash/venmo only. I'd suggest trying to block off parking since they typically arrive with 24 ft trucks. read more

I reached an agreement with this company on Sunday sep 19th to move from a house in Fremont to a house in San Jose. I provided all the details they need for both homes. On the day of the move they text me saying they will be arriving late. We were scheduled at 1 to 3 pm. 3 movers, and estimated 6 hours. The crew showed at at 4:44pm. They suggested to move half of the house today and the other half tomorrow evening. I already told them that i am renting this house and the cleaners will be on premises. They wanted me to cancel the cleaners and change my schedule because they were late. Overall, i think they were not reliable because they misestimated the previous job and arrived late. They were professional in their communication but i decided not go ahead with the move. I found a last minute moving company. The manger kept calling me trying to fix things up. Even giving me a better price than the new company i found. However, i found it hard to go back and use their service after showing up late. The manager was very friendly and offered everything he could but i declined. read more

Overall, I wouldn't hire them again. Not all of them were working the entire time. 2 of them took a 20+ minute break to sit at their truck and eat in the middle of the move. I understand that this is hard work but I found this extremely unprofessional. Pros: They were very easy to schedule with, Larry was prompt in responding. Cons: They didn't show much care for all the items they moved. My roommates and I felt that they weren't careful with our items at all. My appointment was postponed twice for different reasons: 1) the movers are stuck at previous appointment, 2) the movers need to have some food.
