My husband loved the ribs -- the meat was incredibly tender and practically melted in his mouth. The kids were also happy with their baskets of chicken tenders and shrimp. Unfortunately, my dish was a big disappointment. I ordered the mahi-mahi with mashed potatoes and salsa, but the fish was extremely dry and almost impossible to eat. It was so dry that it was difficult to swallow and felt like it was getting stuck in my throat. Overall, our family enjoyed the evening, especially the service, ribs, and kids' meals. Unfortunately, the mahi-mahi did not meet my expectations. Maybe I just got unlucky that evening, but I definitely wouldn't order that dish again.
