I tried their chocolate mochi donut and for it being the first time trying such i enjoyed it! Its airy yet has slight crunch with the chocolate topping, would recommend! The menu has plenty of drink and food options, and the prices are pretty standard for a boba shop. Stepped in for a suggested bubble tea place in the area. Upon walking in, the ambience of the shop was very forthright in its theme of a cutesy tea shop with layers of pink. It's very flashy and definitely made for Instagram. We came in on a Saturday afternoon which is normally a pretty busy time for bubble tea but we noticed that there was only a single worker in the whole facility. We placed our order on a very user friendly kiosk. The fault with having a single worker in a place like this is that we were met with an extremely long wait time. We waited close to half an hour to 40 minutes for us to receive our order. I went into the bathroom to freshen up however due to the single worker being occupied making drinks, there were no paper towels and toilet paper in the bathroom at all. Also, the tables around the shop could not be attended to either so the tables were extremely dirty and sticky. I don't blame the worker, I blame the management who neglected to properly staff the facility to ensure cleanliness as well as getting our orders in a timely manner. When the time came for us to receive our drinks, I noticed that they were served in neat cans with gorgeous picturesque layers. However upon drinking the teas, I immediately noticed the extremely bitter taste indicating that the batches of tea had been steeped for too long. The presentation of the cans served the purpose of the overall decor; it's made for Instagram. The ube donut wasn't terrible. The flavor of the ube is good however you can tell it wasn't fresh as it tasted of that it had been sitting out all day. The cans are a gimmick that don't work. It's a neat idea yet the quality of the product is inferior. This place is all flash and no substance. read more

I attended their Soft Opening on December 23rd and was amazed at the selection of teas, lemonades and other drinks! Strawberry Milk, Matcha Latte and Thai Tea Latte to name a few! Nevermind the tempting mochi donuts and coconut jellies! They had a BOGO special going on and had adorable tree shaped cups for the holiday season! BE PREPARED TO WAIT, this location is extremely short staffed!! We came here on a Thursday night & didn't expect it to be busy but it sure was. Largely due to the fact there was only a single barista prepping orders for about ten people! The barista was great, very patient even though plenty of patrons were patiently waiting. The place has a Barbie vibe to it, with pink & gold furnishings but it could've used a cleaning. The floor was damp & the lounge seating was a little dingy. The drinks & snacks were typical boba & coffees with pastries and puddings to choose from. I opted for a strawberry milk dalgona iced coffee with boba which was really strong and an ube cheesecake bao which is always delicious. I've been to their Schaumburg & Chicago locations but at almost an hour wait for our order here, don't think I'll be coming back to this location! read more

The four of us came by tonight (Fri, 2/16/2024) to support the newly opened business + we are Te Amo boba and mochi donut fans. We wanted to buy mochi donuts and boba drinks. The place is cute and Instagramable. That's about it. There was a sign on the counter saying that they ran out of boba. Ok, fine. We can still get the mochi donuts. One can order at the kiosk. Great! The problem: We only needed 4 donuts, but the only option to buy donuts from the kiosk is if you buy either a box of 6 that allows you to pick your flavors, or one donut that is only available in chocolate. We cannot buy just 4 donuts in various flavors. Annoying but we can do Plan B: Order from the lady on the counter and just point at the 4 donuts we want that are on the display case. However, the donut display case was empty except for the matcha donuts. On the kiosk, though, other flavors are available. I wanted to order straight from the lady on the counter but she was the only one there and was busy making other people's orders. We did not want to wait any more so we just went to Bamboo Spoon a few doors down where they had boba drinks, ice cream, and yogurt. Visit fail and not inclined to go back. read more

I came to this location 10 minutes before they closed and ordered a mango milk tea with coconut milk with the default sweetness. This drink I received was completely tasteless and disappointing with no taste to the drink. I am very curious if it is because I was one of the last customers to visit before closing but there was no care from the woman who made my drink. If this is the case I recommend not to visit this location minutes from closing or there will be no taste or care in the making of your order which btw average to about 7$ a drink so you can see how upsetting it is to get a tasteless drink. read more
