BEWARE PARENTS: We signed our kids for 2 weeks summer camp. Our 8 year old girl was bullied for the first 3 days (first by one boy and eventually by an entire group of boys) that 'she cant properly play, she should not be playing, she should go home...etc" up to the point she came home in tears after what is supposed to be a fun summer experience. We addressed firmly the matter with the responsible counselor and called the camp manager. Instead of taking responsibility both of them fully ignored the matter and instead blamed my husband for being 'aggressive' (when he was being firm they cant say they are handling the situation well when our kid is bullied for 3 full days and is coming back in tears). Instead of taking control and taking responsibility, they found it easier to punish us as parents and our innocent kids (yes, we have a second older son not at all part of this who was enrolled) by providing a refund without any discussion. read more

Great place for a kid's birthday in Spring. They all got to play soccer and other games on a big indoor field, the "coaches" were very enthusiastic and friendly, and then pizza and cake and arcade games for everyone. Super helpful staff and they were pros at managing the party, and all for a fair price. Total success! read more

After working with Teamworks Acton over a few emails to secure a date and time for my daughter's birthday party, they then took over a week to get me the credit card confirmation form - during this time, they overbooked their month and then would no longer honor my daughter's party time that we had mutually agreed upon via email. Confirming over email, asking me to hold on for the coordinator to take my payment, continuing to email me and ask me to wait longer, to only cancel my party a week later is disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend Teamworks Acton for your child's birthday party. read more

Ive been playing adult league soccer at Teamworks for almost 6 years now and many years before that as a kid and its one of the best places to play adult league soccer. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are awesome, not to mention all the great team mates you will meet and become friends with. read more

My three year-old sons have been enjoying soccer with Coach Sarah Mallard, who is also the Youth Program Director. She is fantastic with kids; her sense of humor, creativity, charm, flexibility, patience, and energy make all the kids and parents just adore her. The program seems very organized and well-run. I played many indoor soccer there. The free agent team could be horrible. There was no way to tell in advance if there will be enough players to show up. Hence, I arrived and found we did not have enough players to make up a game. Although, the organizer was happy to arrange me into other teams or leagues. The referee was fine and get the job done. our experience was not good...six years ago I signed my older boy up for some sports here, and since then my two boys have been to several private events at Teamworks. The problem I'm having is with flag football...My neighbor asked the coach very early on if there was room for four Bolton Boys. She was told that there was not, but if a second class was warrented he would take all four of them. Aparently a second class was organized. Well, come last Monday, when I was all set to taxi the our kids over, it turned out that only two of there names were on the list, the rest of the slots were filled in the mean time,Badness for the ones who got left behind lookint forward to playing with their good friends with whom they had planned this with. read more

The worst birthday party ever. We had party on Sunday morning. 2 coordinators were assigned who did practically nothing. Pizza was not ready, we were kept waiting for the pizza. There were no paper plates, cups etc. we literally had to find them in their closets. The coordinators I believe were probably making the pizza. They never got the popcorn, served the pizza or even the cake. Never gave the bday boy his goodie bag either. On top, they were asking us to wind up since it was time when they were the ones to cause the delay themselves. Never ever did we have such a terrible experience. read more

It's a money making operation. They will play your kids against anyone no matter their size, and age ranges do not seem to be honored. The staff can be extremely rude. Refs are poorly trained for the rules of flag football and make calls that are oddly biased in favor of one team over another. The facility is freezing cold for spectators throughout the winter. If there is anywhere else to play, I strongly suggest considering that option. read more

One of the worst party experiences we had. We organized our daughter's birthday party there and when we reached at the party time, there were no organizers available on time, the place was not cleaned up, trash can inside party room was absolutely dirty, two people making kids play were absolutely useless. All in all, very bad experience and I'm not going there again. read more

Recently celebrated my sons 8th birthday at Teamworks! Organization was simple, the party organizers were prompt and the party room was clean. Kids had a blast enjoying the video games, bounce house and fun games they played. One mom told me that there child felt "It was the best party they had ever been too." Griffin and I believe Adam were our helpers and they were phenomenal with a group of very energetic, rowdy 7-8 year olds and were full of patience and very clear with instruction! I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons only, the pizza we ordered for the party came out very overcooked and behind the benches were cluttered with trash an water bottles. A couple of the children thought it would be funny to throw them around which\ wouldn't have been an issue if they weren't there. I would highly recommend Teamworks Acton as a birthday party destination. read more
