We ordered online and pick up in store. Cute interior and food was ready when we arrived. Delicious banh mi, both crunchy soft bread and stuffings inside. We tried char siu pork and grilled pork banh mi; both were delicious, just wish there's more meat and veggies inside. Also ordered a Monster Ube milk tea and Thai milk tea, both good for powder mix. Super Yummy! There were no chunks in the smoothie and it was super rich and creamy! You have the option to add whip cream for free but i decided not too. The thai tea and the crème brûlée mix is super addicting! Their boba is the best in town, it is super chewy and tasty. Best part about it is that it doesn't turn hard in our cold drinks! The food there is also super yummy! I love to get their banh mi & popcorn chicken. Their staff is very kind and provides a lot of recommendations! Unfortunately our drinks were extremely sweet and the boba was very soft, we hardly drank them. The cups were cute though. Note: If you order Bánh Mì, it might trigger your GERD. It's important to ask them to remove jalapeños and green peppers or any other foods that might cause heartburn attack. I checked the menu and noticed it doesn't mention the ingredients, so I would recommend asking. I got heartburn from the sandwich today, but I learned my lesson. Next time, I'll order a different sandwich without spicies. It was too delicious and easy to chew. The egg is okay, but I'll ask for it over easy rather than mixed, as I find the taste weird. Beautiful Bánh Mì. 4.5 stars. Milk Tea was not bad, pretty good. And you know, the fries with cheese are absolutely delicious! I recommend them for both kids and adults! Been back many times. Viet coffee is tasty (still recommend), banh mi pretty decent. Only downside is the drinks are way too sweet. I've gotten %100, %50, and %25 and they all taste like the same level of sweetness. After getting 25% sweet level and it still being too sweet, this just ain't it for me. There's no difference in sweetness level they all taste like a %100. Drinks are not bad, but just way too sweet for my taste. read more

I tried the Vietnamese coffee and liked it. The sweetness wasn't overpowering the coffee at all. The staff was friendly and I liked their decorations plus loved the AC on a hot day. The menu had a lot to choose from so I'll definitely be back to try something else also saw someone get the waffle dessert and it looked pretty good. read more

Vietnamese coffee is my favorite! Even with all these coffee chops popping up, you can't beat it. If you like a strong coffee flavor and can feel the caffeine within mins of sipping this is it ! You don't need a fancy coffee that's 44 oz and tons of added sugar. The workers are very welcoming and friendly. They don't rush you while you look at the menu. I love how they have games you can ask to play while you hang out with friends and enjoy your drink. I notice they offer Pho on the weekend! I have not tried it but this is awesome. read more

I've been to Teaology about four or five times now. Last Saturday convinced me I should stay with the fruit teas/drinks and avoid any milk teas. I usually get a sparkling fruit drink or tea. My last drink was the Thai milk tea. I didn't stir it until I was halfway home. I almost spewed all over my car. The milk was off! It was sour and the taste was so nasty. All of it went down the drain. A waste of $7. My recommendation would be to those of you who get a milk tea or anything with milk in it, try it before you leave the establishment. My family and I absolutely love this boba spot! We're originally from California where boba joints are more than abundant and when we moved to Springfield, we had a hard time finding a location that was remotely good. Other spots made their drinks overly sweet or their thai tea is powder (if you know, you know). We saw with Teaology, we're able to customize the sweetness, ice levels, etc for the drinks like how most boba places do it on the west coast which is nice! I ordered the thai tea frappe just to see what their base sweetness is and how the thai tea tasted. It tasted amazing! I could tell they brew the thai tea which makes a whole difference in the drink and the sweetness level was perfect. We originally came to this spot because we saw they were going to start serving Banhmi which is my favorite type of sandwiche. They didn't have it yet which we were ok with but the owner assured us that they would start offering banhmi within the next month which they did! The atmosphere of the shop is very modern and super cute. It's well lit in the shop. The cashiers/servers are always very respectful and professional. The wait is never too long and if there is a wait, they'll let us know. This is the only spot my husband, son, and I will be from now on for boba. Thank you guys for being so awesome! read more

The boba milk tea cake was very good. The brown sugar boba milk tea tasted spoiled. I specifically asked if there was something wrong with it because it didn't taste right. She watched my son throw the whole drink away without any offer to remake it. I tried to drink mine but it made my stomach hurt. I had my husband try it and he spit it out because it tasted rotten. I don't know if the pre-made milk tea had gone bad or if it always tastes like that. I don't plan on spending more money to find out. I am disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. read more
