Also, it had been over 24 hours since I had a hot chocolate and slept. My travel experience had been less than good, to say the least. I walked up, stumbling, and the pair of attendants greeted me, immediately saw that something was wrong and gave me a hot chocolate. They said no charge. I said no way, I asked if they could break a twenty because I needed change. I tipped them a ten-dollar bill. Thanked them and walked away smiling. They were so nice and made my day, somehow making my interaction with the TSA and airport police fade away slightly, somehow. The counter was clean and well placed. The music was calming, and both attendants were nice and friendly. I say come and have some.

I turned to my left and spotted a small local coffee shop, so I walked in, and I'm so glad I did. It was adorable inside, the coffee was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I wish I could go back again during this trip, but it's just too far from where I'm staying. Still--totally worth the stop if you're in the area!

This is a great spot for a college student that is feeling a bit overwhelmed, wants an alternative to the nightlife, needs the feel of family... The coffee is good, and they have other options too like smoothies. There's seating available inside and outside. It's comfy and cozy. But seriously it's the vibe and the staff that makes this place. Great addition to the MSU community. Easily accessible to all the colleges in the area.

I am an avid coffee lover and I'm always looking for new shops. This is a location I have visited…read moretime and time again for the last decade. It's a great place to study, if you don't need silence, or to hang out with friends. I enjoy the dim lighting and background music that seems to be a hallmark of this location. The baristas do a great job and are fast. This last time I stopped by I tried a s'mores inspired latte and overall I thought it was great. The marshmallow flavored cold foam wasn't quite what I was expecting, but after mixing it all up a bit it was very good.

Also, there was a mix-up with our order, likely the customer's fault (me) ... they corrected it immediately... great service, thanks guys! Great vibe... Side note, out front there's a little 'park' with a plaque telling the story of - supposedly the first western duel between, Wild Bill Hitchcock and (?), that took place right there... 2nd side note, I've also been to Deadwood, SD where Wild Bill was killed in the infamous Dead Man's hand shooting.

I had a blood orange nitro coffee and it was amazing! The building is beautiful and a great place to relax or chat with a friend for a few minutes. The group that is outside of the shop with the dogs is very strange and this is not the shops fault but I don't understand why the city of Springfield doesn't ask them to move. The square in Springfield is beautiful and people don't need to camp out in the area.
