Wonderful local Vietnamese casual eatery in suburban Homer Glen. It's located in a strip mall so there is plenty of free parking. We dined inside. It was quick but not rushed. Just so good. Coming from the LA area, I have a good idea of what tastes right and this is a solid spot! The House Pho, the Rice plates (Pork), the spring rolls, the Thai Tea boba (perfect flavor and perfect chewiness on boba) and the Vietnamese coffee (sweet and so strong) is all so right with authentic recipes and table condiments. The Southwest suburbs is lucky to have this introduction to Vietnamese food and everyone needs to try it and keep coming back. The owner is the real deal and she'll help you navigate the menu if you've never had Vietnamese food before. The place is modern, bright, clean, cute, and comfortable. Our family used to come here for a good bowl of pho, we loved this place at first, it then disappointed us each time we visited after. over the past 6 months, the portion has been significantly smaller, from a bowlful of beef down to just 3 thin slices tonight. Homer Glen is a bit of a bar-and-grill town, so I appreciate the addition of some culinary diversity. Having never experienced Vietnamese cuisine before I ordered several items to get a general sense. The House Pho had great flavors but the brisket was the standout protein- next time I'll just get the Pho Your Way with only brisket. The Chicken Banh Mi Sandwich was also a winner with marinated chicken pieces and a flavorful mayo. The Vietnamese Coffee and Guava Lava Green Tea were also excellent, if a bit stronger and sweeter than my wife and I are used to. The items we won't be ordering again are the Short Rib Plate (great marinade but too fatty) and the Pork Patty Spring Rolls (essentially veggies and a crispy little piece of bacon wrapped in a mochi-like rice paper- very gummy). Overall very pleased and we'll definitely be back. Welcome to the neighborhood! read more

Had the House Pho and pork patty rolls. Our favorite pho until now has been Luong-Loi's in Wheaton. We have eaten at many other pho places around the country, and no one has ever come close to Luong-Loi's pho. Well, Teapho does. Teapho has as good pho as Luong-Loi in Wheaton. In other words, it is excellent pho broth. They did have some types of meat in it my spouse did not like. But you don't have to have the House Pho, you can do the Pho "Your Way" and select what meat you want. The pork patty roll was also excellent, a spring roll with Thai basil and nuts. My only complaint is that they do not have desserts like red bean cakes and their tea is just bagged tea you can buy from the grocery store rather than tea in a teapot. read more

I LOVE everything so far. They are in the location that once was our favorite Chinese restaurant...SOOO glad they are there now . So many gluten and dairy free options and that is so important to me. It is good clean, tasty food. I love how when you order takeout they separate the Pho soup for you to put together at home so its not mushy or overcooked in hot soup. The teas are AMAZING. MY FAVORITE IS THE ICED GREEN TEA PEACHY LECHEE. SO GREAT IN THE SUMMER. I cant wait to try something new next time. AND THEY ARE THE PERFECT IN SERVICE, weather its takeout or di.ning in.
