I. LOVE. Teapresso. I think I've been to all the locations (On Pi'ikoi, Ke'eaumoku, Koolina, Waipahu) When they first opened at Piikoi. I fell in love. It easily became my FAVORITE place for liquid pleasure. Now, I don't have to drive down to town to have my favorite drinks. It's Now in Kapolei!! WHOO HOO!! Where are they? Right by Kapolei Chinese Restaurant. You know, that small building near Burger King Kapolei. It's where HI Cravings and Beautiville used to be! Is it different from the other locations? The drink menu is for the most part the same. They also give samples just like the other locations. Popcorn machine and board games are also available in the café. What I love: The staff is awesome. They know their drinks, will make you sample the toppings and can answer any questions you have about their menu. Both visits we were greeted and poured samples of the original milk tea and their iced tea. Scared of milk tea? No worries, they have blended drinks, teas and coffee. So no big if you never liked the milk teas. The drinks so far has had the same quality and taste as the original location. (I actually think they make the taro milk tea better in Kapolei) So teas are brewed daily, the do NOT use powders and YES you can ask for almond milk, soy milk and even coconut milk! That customization part is why I love all the Teapresso locations. Parking is not a hassle!! They have a parking lot shared by the Orthodontic Clinic and Kapolei Chinese restaurant. So Save your dollar bills, parking is FREE! Overall, I'm super stoked that we now have a Teapresso Bar so close to home! read more

As an avid boba tea drinker, I was extremely pleased to see another boba tea establishment in my neighborhood. Teapresso is situated between a a dental office and Kapolei Chinese Restaurant. Upon entering, at 3:15p on a Monday afternoon, 2/5/18, it was not busy. Someone came in after me and a few people were sitting and working inside. It is a warm and cozy place to socialize and work as well as enjoy the tea. I ordered their number one seller. A large Milk Tea with Boba. You are able to select the sweetness level for your palette whether it be the regular 100% sweetness level to 0% or 150%. I was able to taste their sample, to determine how sweet I wanted it. The service was quick and my drink was served to me right away. The milk tea had a full bodied robust flavor. It tasted like it was brewed properly. It had the wonderful tea flavoring that makes a drink heavenly. Teapresso is a great place to experience tea. After battling the grocery store we stopped here for a treat! The store looks so fresh, clean, and organized. You are unable to enter with out a mask! Signs are posted reminding others to remember social distancing. Ground is marked for added reminder. Disinfectant hand wipes are available at the register for you to use. My husband had the secret menu, never had success getting it from any of the other teapresso locations, coconut mango smoothie.. It's a must try! Boba was fresh warm and perfect texture. Hands down my fav Boba in Hawaii thus far. It's a cute place and if you ever find yourself wandering around the Leeward side of the island, I recommend you stop by and treat yourself to one of these delectable treats. I'm very new to the boba tea world and prior to about a month ago, I would have sworn to not be a fan of tapioca. However, things have changed dramatically and as a self proclaimed (yes I did go there...lol, all in fun), I have been in search of a nearby Boba tea place to fill my hearts desire. I have found it. The freshest boba on O'ahu! My fiancé and I go for boba milk teas to treat ourselves after long days, and we are never disappointed. The staff is so friendly and always goes out of their way to make sure that you're ordering something that suits your preferences! As someone who doesn't drink milk, I am pleased by the variety of dairy-free milks they have for the milk tea base. Our favorite is taro milk tea with coconut milk and large boba, but we have enjoyed everything we've tried thanks to the suggestions of the staff. One thing that I like about all Teapresso Bars is that they use real tea which is nice! However, depending on the drinks sometimes the tea can make it taste bitter or not as sweet even if it is extra sweet. It's just something I've noticed when I try their drinks. If I do stop by, I come during the weekdays during lunch so it's never busy which is nice. The last time I was here I wanted an iced tea so I asked the cashier which is the sweetest tea. One thing that's annoying is that when I normally ask that question at other places, lots of people say, "you can always change the sweetness", like yes, I understand that, but not all teas are sweet! However, at this place I was happy when the cashier actually gave me a suggestion! She told me that the P.O.G Iced Tea is on the sweeter side so I gave that a try! Thank you for not giving me the basic answer of "you can change the sweetness" LOL. I really appreciated an actual suggestion! The P.O.G Iced Tea was soooo refreshing and tasted delicious! The only thing that I didn't like were those seeds at the bottom of the drink! You could definitely eat them (well, I was LOL), but so many of them were rock solid and it hurt while I was chewing the boba. I think it's best to try and not make it without the seeds although I do realize it might be difficult to make it without it. It would have also been nice to have been told to watch out for the seeds LOL. But I guess it's a learning experience! BTW, it's all ORGANIC here with NO High fructose. Sea foam Caramel Coffee drink - my friend and I were told to mix the drink before drinking it. Before mixing- nice bold coffee flavor with an undertone of saltiness. Not too sweet. Loved it. After mixing - kept swirling the drink around the cup to dilute the saltiness and it became very sweet. This place is in front of my nail salon so that's the only time I come here. They usually have great staff and drinks but last time I was here there were all guys working and my Thai tea was not very good. I felt like I was drinking milk with a splash of tea ‍ I told the guys I would be in the nail salon because the female staff delivers.... I was really wanting a coffee today, but I didn't want to deal with the parking lot of the Starbucks. As I was about to turn in to the parking I see Teaspresso and noticed they serve coffee. Why not give it a try? I went in, looked over the menu, & asked about the Sea Foam Caramel coffee. The barista described it as salty and sweet. Another customer waiting for her drink let me know I would not be disappointed! She was right That had to be the best coffee I have had on this island! I ordered it iced. When this place first opened it was OK. It was not the best boba I have ever tasted, but a few years later I tried this place again. Big difference! Their drinks are made consistently amazing! You can test taste your add ins before you put them in your drink. They accept Apple Pay. TIPS: 1. Not all boba places are the same even if they have the same franchise name. 2. I am so happy my favorite boba tea place Teapresso is here in Kapolei. They did a good job, although the particular store location is not ideal. The staffs are really helpful. They even gave us excess of some smoothie to try as a sample. My favorite is osmanthus oolong with half sugar. Hojicha milk tea and classic milk tea was also great. Sea form coffee was bit too sweet and too much for me tho. They have little jars of tea and toppings displayed so you would have an idea what to order. The interior is very cozy and I love their big wooden bench and table....perfect to play a board game on! read more

So far I've been coming to this place for over 2-3 months and I haven't been disappointed yet. Menu is visible but for me I can't see well but no worries they have a hand menu as well. So far I tried their Tropic Osmanthus fruit tea, Fruity Lychee, and more recently Peach Cantaloupe. The Osmanthus is my favorite! Very clean establishment and staff is very pleasant and helpful. This has been mine and hubby's go-to spot for a couple of weeks now. I try to get something different every time we visit, hubby will get the Brown Sugar MT with mixed boba and Sea Foam. The last time we went, I tried the Waikiki Sunset, and didn't know what to add for toppings. The girl was very nice and suggested the crystal boba and lychee jelly. My other review was from the Keeaumoku Teapresso, but this one is at the Kapolei location. My braddah and I was just heading home after watching Deadpool 2 when all of the sudden he saw the place when we stopped at the stoplight. He was like, "Lord have mercy!" I was like, "OMG what's wrong my bother?" He was like, "no they didn't! No they did not!" I was so confused. So I asked, "who they did not what?" He said, "They opened a dang Teapresso here. So I looked where he was looking. I'm like, "No way! He was like, "Yes way!" I'm like, "No way!" Then he said, "Our time to return home is not now." Deep in my heart, soul, and stomach, I agreed with him. So I cut a lane and went towards our destiny. The outside was very nice. There's a small parking with about 15 spots and a park with a field of green grass. My braddah and I went inside and it looked all fancy fancy. Like something opposite of my house. I vibed the atmosphere and it was exactly the same as the other location. They still got all the different toppings on display. The chairs and tables were the same style as well. They probably ordered those from the same retailer or something. The workers were different though, so I guess they couldn't clone the workers. But they still nice people. I ordered the Teapresso milk tea and made my braddah pay cuz he's the reason we were here in the first place. If wasn't for him turning his nosy head and eyes looking around, we'd be home by now. Maybe if he looked at his phone instead of looking around we'd be within budget today, but nooooo. I honestly LOVE boba shops that include games and community seating to allow for a get together with a group of friends. They're drinks are of high quality and I've never gotten a drink that made me disappointed. I love how they have the five stars reward system, it's the reason why I keep returning.. because sometimes I get rewarded with a BOGO drink, which always catches my attention. I enjoy how they have samples out for us to try, but I feel that they don't change it as often as it should be. The samples would either be chilled or it would look old and unpleasant. So that's why I took a star off. Another reason why I took a star off is the staff. They're inconsistent. Busy or not busy. There were days where my boba experience was just awful. The tone of the staff and just the vibe they gave made me feel like I'm at fault for picking their boba spot. But this isn't too all staff. They're staff is amazing. It's just some days... it's not the same. Especially when I go in and see that staff member again, I'm automatically like "okay, this is an order and go" type of pick up. Other than that. I tried some sort of iced sea foam caramel coffee drink. It was recommended by the staff to stir my drink before drinking. I tried it without stirring together and I thought it was delicious BUT I then mixed my drink all together as recommended and it completely changed the taste of the drink. I didn't like it after I stirred it, it tasted salty (like sea foam) lol. They have a lot of menu options so I will try other flavors the next time I come in for another drink. read more

We come here always for Ube Latte, but this time I noticed that they have a new item - a Caramel Brûlée milk tea. I ordered it with regular milk. It felt more like a dessert item and was a little too heavy and sweet for me, but the Ube latte was delicious as always. Also the staff was very friendly. Finally trying this place out behest of my baby brother. He recommended the Hokkaido Milk Tea or the Green Tea Kit Kat Frappe. The layout of the shop is a tad hipster with a modern looking nail salon at the back. They had board games as well if you want to chill with your friends! The gal at the register was really sweet. She patiently described that the Green Tea Kit Kat was basically matcha with white mocha syrup. So I decided on that with soy milk and coffee jelly. They also have soy, almond and coconut milk for all us lactose folk! They have quite a wide array of boba like lychee, yogurt, and kiwi to name a few. I also like the fact that they're not cash only, nor do they have a minimum amount to purchase with a credit card like other boba places. The frappe did truly taste exactly like Green Tea Kit Kat! I'm sorry I missed the memo where I ask the questions or prompt the flow of how you want the orders. I'm not expecting anyone to overfluff talking for taking my order, but damn at least let your customer know what's going on in the transaction. I've read some reviews (Thanks Aggie C!) and found that it's located between Kapolei Chinese Restaurant & a dental office (the old HI Cravings) near Burger King in Kapolei. YES! Parking stalls are a little small, but I usually don't have a hard time finding any. There's seating inside, and I usually see students studying. Theres also a popcorn machine with board games if you're there to have some fun! I feel like unlike, other "boba" places, Teapresso can get a little overwhelming when ordering because you think that you just want "tea," but there are so many to choose from! Teapresso offers a variety of teas, so if you & your friends have different tastes, you're not limited to green or black. The staff definitely knows their stuff, so don't be afraid to ask for recommendations. They even ask if you want to taste your drink before its sealed up (AWESOME!) Tea is not your thing? Don't worry, there's also coffee, blended drinks other specials. I love that drinks are so customizable, this is awesome because I could adjust the sweetness for my grandma who's diabetic (she wanted a frappe) as well as have them whip up some fruity tea concoction of my doing (I accept the risk). Came over here for a Yelp event and the place was packed! This is a small little place right behind the Burger King in Kapolei, the area is becoming so populated with so many new businesses now, its great! I got the Strawberry Lilikoi drink and it was good! I love tarty drinks and that definitely hits the spot The staff was super friendly even though they were packed and the drinks came out quick! When I looked over the counter they had about 20 to 30 drinks still waiting to be made but we only had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes to get ours. The shop isn't huge, but most coffee shops aren't. It also looked like they didn't offer any food items, but there was a small popcorn machine that looked like you could just take from. For myself, I tried their original milk tea. So good! I didn't have boba in mine, but I'm pretty sure you can add that in. My fiancé had the strawberry lilikoi lemonade. This is one of my favorite smoothie flavors and I was not disappointed. Refreshing and slightly tart, it was sweet and good. The location is in a small shopping area next to Burger King. It's kind of hidden behind some trees when on the main road so just make a left after Burger King. There is a small parking lot for that area, so no need to worry about that! read more
