Absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and helpful when ordering a drink. They have so many options to choose from! Milk teas, iced teas, smoothies, coffee drinks, the options are endless! They also have add-ons that you can put into your drinks. They also serve dole whip ice cream/floats from Thursday's-Saturday's. This looks like a good place for people to study. They even have some games available for people to play and some popcorn to snack on. I thought that was a nice touch. This place is located between a dental office and the Kapolei Chinese restaurant. There's always a parking stall available so you don't need to stress about that. My go-to drink is their Teapresso milk tea with egg pudding. So good! But today I decided to try the matcha latte milk tea with matcha pudding and that was excellent! It's a matcha lovers dream, lol. read more

New location in Kapolei! They're located inside a small business complex next to the Kapolei Chinese Restaurant with a decently sized parking lot. I visited on one of their soft opening days and was impressed by how much room it has. There is ample table and bar type seating next to the windows and a cute nook with a chalkboard style wall art. I ordered the tea they had a sample of that day which was the Tropic Osmanthus w/ an add on of large boba. The tea was freshly brewed and had a rich flowery aroma with a touch of sweetness. I chose to get 50% sweetness and the lady working the counter was really sweet, asking if I wanted to sample it before they seal the top of my drink. The boba was also really fresh. It was a trifecta of perfectness- soft, chewy, and mildly sweet! The only thing was the wait was kind of long, even with 3 workers and 2 other people ordering after me. However, being it was their soft opening, they are still probably getting adjusted and working the kinks out. They still managed to deliver a high quality boba drink that quenched my thirst. Everyone that works at Teapresso in Kapolei are friendly and very helpful with making suggestions. You can tell they are all very passionate about the drinks they offer. My favorite drink is the Waikiki Sunset. It's a layered purple and pink drink. I saw it in a picture but there was no caption. I went to Teapresso and basically described it to the girl who took my order and she said, "oh you mean the Waikiki Sunset?" I said, "yes!! I want to try it. What's in it?" The rest is history. I love it because it's tangy and not super sweet. I always get mine with the heart strawberry jelly. It makes the drink even cuter. The atmosphere of the shop is cute. There are plugs, tables and chairs to sit on. I could imagine it would be a good place to study. There is also a stand with board games on it for people to play with. Boba and games? Yes yes! I do wish they opened early like the other location does. I would totally get a coffee drink from there. I've only tried a chai latte from their coffee section because I go there after work so I don't really need to be all hyped. Awesome helpful staff! I was on my way to pick up dinner at the restaurant next door and noticed the new shop for the first time. They are located next to Kapolei Chinese Restaurant. There was a couple in front ordering and as I was waiting I helped myself to the smell samples at the counter...great idea! The girl making the drinks was super helpful and friendly. I noticed the chalk board with the top 5 drinks, that really helped me decide as well. I inquires about the tropical osmanthus tea and was quickly given a sample to try. As they were making my drink, they let me taste it before they were done to make sure I liked the 25% sweetness. It was perfect for me, but I would recommend 50% for most. HUGE BOBA FAN!!! I heard about this place and needed to try it out. Located in Kapolei, across from the Safeway, this little gem is the place to be! The overall set up of the interior is phenomenal. The owners thought of everything from a plethora of seating to outlets conveniently placed throughout the store. Why outlets? This place would make a good study location for students and busy students need to charge their electronic devices. When I walked in, the inside gives off a rustic chic feel. The dark wood tables and benches go well with the interior colors that were chosen. Ok,enough about the amazing interior. Let's get to the smoothies/teas. I decided on an Avocado smoothie with boba. I love Avocados but this was my first time trying it in a smoothie. Let me tell ya, I was in love. The texture and consistency of the smoothie was spot on. It was smooth and rich. She was very through with any questions we had about the menu. Cousin tried the California Milk Tea, which was a different blend of tea from the teapresso blend and sweetened with brown sugar. Really good if you like it sweet. Niece got Tropic Osmanthus. It was a nice floral, fruity tea. Lychee and guava. I had their Teapresso Milk Tea with seafoam (a salty whipped cream). It's great if you like salty and sweet! Thuy also suggested I try it with no milk and just the seafoam. Definitely coming back here and trying everything. Even though their boba teas are extremely tasty, they have a limited menu. The brand new Teaspresso Bar in Kapolei is located right in between the government district and medical complexes of Kapolei. They have a plethora of tea and smoothie options! So many beverages to choose from it was hard to make a selection. This Teaspresso Bar is spacious, bright, modern, and well decorated with spunky touches! I loved the tea displays, Top 5 menu, and the wall art. There are many seating areas and WiFi, so you can work remotely or surf the internet while you enjoy your drink. The seating areas are set up for socializing if you come with friends or family. I ordered the Taro Boba Milk Tea, and got the Pina Colada smoothie for my husband. Both were delicious! Cute shop. There's a nail salon hidden inside. I think their AC wasn't working when I went, so it was really hot inside. But as for their teas...They had alot of options to choose from. I love the Teapresso Milk Tea here. Their tapioca/boba is soft and yummy. I tried the lychee black tea but it wasn't that great. I still prefer Taste Tea's lychee black tea boba. It's a very clean and nice looking tea bar with yummy boba and one size drinks. I love stopping by whenever I'm in Kapolei. I subtracted a star because they don't put that much tapioca in their drinks. In comparison to how much tapioca Taste Tea puts in each drink, Teapresso doesn't give much. I always run out of boba before I'm even half way done with my drink. But if you don't even care about boba then I'm sure you'll love their drinks. read more

I was so excited to see a new boba spot open up to feed my addiction. Have been regularly visiting for the past couple of months and have had great experiences! The staff is usually very friendly and welcoming and are good about answering any questions you might have since they do have more options regarding tea leaves and flavors compared to other more novelty boba places. My favorite so far is the almond milk tea! Theirs is definitely the best almond milk tea I've had thus far, it doesn't have that gritty, febreze reminiscent flavor like other places would. It's also so so cute and cozy in there! One star off because of a bad experience my last visit -- I was the only one standing in line for 5 minutes whilst another lady in front of me was ordering. I was standing right behind her. A large group of people then entered the store (which isn't large by the way, I feel it wouldn't have been hard to notice I was there) and when the lady in front of me was finally done ordering and as I was walking closer to the till, the girl turned towards the group of people and started to help them instead without acknowledging me. I'm not very vocal and felt overwhelmed so I just left the store feeling really upset. But, while it was an upsetting experience -- mistakes do happen and I'll still be making my way there. We came after hearing of them opening and after trying the other milk tea shops in kapolei. I've been to the one in kaimuki because I used to work in the area. Today we both tried a new drink and I found my new fave! I got the Thai milk tea with tiramisu foam and my hubby got the chocolate milk tea with tiramisu foam as well. The foam is amazingly good, but I think I can drink mines with no add-ins because their Thai tea is amazingly awesome. This is by far the best place to get milk tea in kapolei. if you've been a loyal customer for years, you know duy and twee. if you know duy and twee, you know that they cared about the quality of their drinks, their relationship with customers, the ethic of their employees, and the ambiance of their store. as of late, it seems that the new management has no longer been able upkeep that attentiveness. i know other previously regular customers have noticed this as well, because even now, business is not nearly as lively as it used to be. when there used to be 3 or 4 high energy and personable baristas, there are now only 1 or 2. the drinks maintain their quality, however, sometimes i question their cleanliness. i once noticed an employee drop the cup used to brew drinks on the floor, and instead of properly washing it, she briefly rinsed it in the sink and put it back up on the counter used to brew. i used to enjoy the energy of the employees as they made drinks, talked story with us, and played great music, but that energy has been absent for a while. the music played over the speaker even plays ads which is unusual. read more

My daughter and I decided to stop in today for our boba fix since we both were craving it. We live in Ewa beach usually go to our favorite boba shop on our side but their closed Sundays so we decided to make the drive to try out this place. As soon as we entered there was 3 people working making drinks. There was a female and 2 Males. As we stood at the register the female worker looked at us twice didn't greet us or say anything just continued doing her thing. Young Male than comes to register to take our order. As I'm placing my 1st order he tells me to wait. He than walks away than comes back with cups to refill the cups. He than takes my orders and repeats to make sure he got it right. Hands us the receipt and we just take a seat and wait. As we're waiting their just calling out drinks that are ready for pickup. We have numbers on our receipts but they never called the number so as their calling out drinks everyone is just staring at each other not sure if it's their drinks or someone else's order. We than get our drinks and we say our thank you but get no response. Not even a thank you for coming. Overall drinks all tasted great just customer service needs some work Our order consist of strawberry banana smoothie w/ lychee jelly, signature milk tea w/ lychee jelly 25% sweetness and a honeydew smoothie w/ lychee jelly. This location is next to the Kapolei Chinese Restaurant and the dentist in the old Beautiville spot. Parking is tricky but I've never had problems. I like getting drinks from Teapresso but most of the time if I'm in the KApolei area, I don't favor them over the other tea joints TBH. This spot is a bit tiny. Looks like they're currently having renovations done, but not a clue if it'll change the layout at all. The tea is genuine, tea flavor that really comes through which is what I can really appreciate about Teapresso. Most tea spots are about the sugars and flavor shots but not these guys. The add ins are pretty unique as well. Crystal boba, crystal matcha, sea foam... what!? Pretty original stuff. I love when spots can stand out with their different items they can offer. The prices are decent. The cup sizes are small compared to others. But I also love their attempt at being eco friendly. Every quarter I have to work out of the Kapolei Police Station which is like a block or two away from this Teapresso location. I haven't had a bad drink made at any of the Teapresso locations I've been too. The drinks taste fresh, exactly how I want it. My usual is an iced black tea with mango at 100% or 75% sweetness level with no add ons. I also like the Teapresso milk tea if I'm craving something more milky. I usually go around lunchtime but it's never overcrowded. There's a good amount of space inside and it's clean. I think there's wifi too.
