Not the best look for a kiosk somewhat off the beaten track. The tea was meh. I had the taro slush and my companion got a black tea with lychee. Both were mediocre and we each agreed that Kung Fu tea while uber commercialized and generally run of the mill, was the far better choice. No options to select sweetness level. You can choose from almond, coconut or oat milk though. No seating nearby, so you need to purchase and walk.

I showed two employees the charge on my bank account and even called my bank while I was standing there. My bank confirmed that they could see the transaction. What was most disappointing was that neither employee made any real effort to help me. They simply kept saying there was no order in their system. No attempt to get a manager, investigate the payment, explain how the issue could be resolved, or offer any other solution. I completely understand that technology can malfunction. What I do not understand is how two employees can see that a customer has been charged, see that the customer received nothing, and still show no initiative to help resolve the problem. I eventually had to walk out with no drinks, a $9.54 pending charge on my bank account, and $8 in rewards that I had attempted to redeem. Technical problems happen. Poor customer service is a choice. This could have been handled so much better.
