My experience with John Luedke: John Remodeling and Handyman was a total waste of time and money…read more It has been over a year since he said he was going to refund the $2,250. he was paid for material/labor for a series of small jobs which he never even started. When called, he says it's the wrong number. When someone goes to his address, they are told he doesn't live there. John is not listed as State certified or having any insurance or bonding. In my case, he responded to complaints via e-mail with reasons why he didn't purchase material or do the jobs, however he never made any effort to actually do the work or refund my money. He also damaged my J channels instead of doing the small gutter modification and sealing he was paid to do. Because John's "work" was leaking 60 gal. during the first rain after HIS "repair" I had to pay a roofer to actually solve the very small problem. No one could figure out what John was attempting to do up there. They could see nothing of any benefit at all. I would have to give John Luedke a rating of ZERO. I would not trust him with a pooper scooper. 00000.

She said, "well, information just gets put in our computer and we call". So basically, farming leads like a telemarketer instead of actually caring about the customer's specific requests (that they be contacted the same way they reached out). I asked her to remove the contact detail - she hung up without acknowledging or apologizing. So basically, just like a telemarketer. Avoid them.

A storm came through and caused some wind damage to our roof. It caused a leak that went through…read moreour ceiling in our bathroom. We discovered this on a Sunday afternoon. Josh came out right away to secure a tarp on our roof to prevent further damage. Once our insurance adjuster came out and determined that they would provide us very minimal coverage for the damage, Josh took it to the next level for us. It was a tedious and drawn out process but in the end we were awarded the funds to cover our new roof and our expenses for the damage to our bathroom. Josh was very on the ball and attentive to getting things taken care of for us. He came out and met with us to determine which product we wanted to use for our new roof as well as a tentative start date for the job (obviously weather permitting). When he noticed that an upcoming weekend had some promising weather, he reached out to us to confirm if this would work with our schedule. He arranged for the materials and dumpster to be delivered. On the day of install, his crew showed up and were all very professional. Came at 8am on Saturday morning and were done by noon on Sunday. Excellent site clean up from all of them. The only evidence that they had been there was our new roof and the dumpster full of materials in our driveway. Josh immediately had the dumpster removed from our property as well. Very attentive and accessible during the entire process from start to finish. 5 star rating for this company and Josh from our first encounter until the job was complete.
