One of my favorite boba places! It's located in a new plaza called the Uncommons. The plaza itself is still under construction while they're still adding in more parking lots and various of other restaurants and businesses but Teaspoon is most definitely open! There's a few free parking spots located in front of Teaspoon itself and every time I went, I don't have trouble finding parking. My go-to drinks are the silky mango or strawberry! I LOVE the Uncommons space by my house! So many cool restaurants and shops to enjoy!!! Took a friend so she could check out the new area in our hood after a long walk. I heard about Teaspoon on Instagram. It's a little hard to find location wise because it's in the new complex- Uncommons- that's pretty much surrounded by construction. It's on the southeast corner of 215 and Durango, across the freeway from Ikea. I'm glad we put in effort to find Teaspoon thought because the boba is so good! The boba is perfectly cooked, and I really enjoyed my drink. I ordered Grasshopper- which is Lychee Green tea topped with fresh cucumber juice, and I added lychee jelly and boba. They finally made it out to Vegas. Teaspoon is a boba chain that originated in the Bay Area and grew slowly but steadily. This location shares an app and rewards with all of the others, and I was able to load my balance and theoretically order ahead if I wanted. I took my time as this this is a new mixed-use development surrounded by empty spaces and ongoing construction. Parking tip: go clockwise from the first side street because the street parking is on the "interior" of what appears to be the main shopping area. Raspberry Mojito ($6.50) - seasonal non-tea (and non-alcoholic) variant of their mojito that needs to carry a more prominent carbonation warning. I wrongly figured that its bulging plastic top was a quirk of the sealing system, but it was really the fizzy water that popped as soon as I tried to shake the cup. Got them to reseal it and it was fine afterward. Flavor was good though. Sweet raspberry, plenty of mint, raspberry chunks at the bottom. I think it did get rung up as 50% sweet ("Less Sweet" on their receipt), which was still a little sweet for how I was feeling at the time, but the next day it was fine and still as fizzy. Plus, the bamboo straw was still intact despite remaining submerged in the liquid. Guava Sunset ($6.00): listed as new and non-seasonal. Certainly new to me anyway. Refreshing guava with a fair bit of lemon. Would recommend if you enjoy sweet guava tinged with citrus. And yes, it does come off pretty sweet at 50% despite the lemon. I'd put Teaspoon up there with the best of them. They're a bit pricey, but costs seem to be going up everywhere sooner or later. And you can get free drinks (roughly 1 every 12) or reusable containers/supplies if you enter your phone number. read more

Pretty excited to see Teaspoon finally open. I originally tried them during one of my trips to the Bay Area. So when I found out they were finally opened at the Uncommons, I decided to drag my husband to go. We even took our puppers to check the area out. They are dog friendly! I'm so thankful that we were able to bring the pups in to sit! Most of their drinks are on the fruity side, which is what I love. I ended up with a Guava Sunset, which was freshly blended guava puree and pineapple marmalade, topped with lemon juice. I got it at less sweet and it was super refreshing. My friends and I went on their last day of BOGO for their grand opening week (we didn't know of this until we arrived).
