Customer service was exceptional however I learned that management recently changed and to be quite honest the Thai boba tea I had was quite disappointing. There was a huge lack of flavor. It tasted watered down. I question the ingredients. Best advice I can give is pleaseeeee focus on the taste of the drink. Once that is fixed I think that it can truly be a fantastic boba place.
This location is actually pretty convenient and orders are made great. The drinks are definitely on the sweeter side so I would definitely adjust this before ordering. One of the items that I ordered on the app was out of stock, so the kind worker compensated with whatever other drink I wanted on the menu. I went with the strawberry Matcha with Boba and oat milk and it was definitely a nice refreshing sweet treat. I wouldn't necessarily say that their Matcha is ceremonial grade as far as the intensity, but the strawberry combination made it taste like strawberry milk. The Boba texture was the perfect consistency and had the perfect amount to complement the drink.
Quick PSA: if you're at the Uncommons, this needs to be your first stop, no hesitation Teaspoon is that spot. So first things first, parking walk in instant win. They offer so many different flavors, it's almost dangerous if you're indecisive (me). But anyway after a little internal debate, I ordered the banana milk drink and wow... absolutely loved it. Smooth, creamy, not too sweet, and honestly just hits. And then, like, the vibe? Clean, modern, easy. Perfect for a quick treat, a casual hang, or a little reward moment after errands. Low-key one of those places you'll keep thinking about later and be like, "yeah, I need that again." Long story short: if you're in the area, Teaspoon is a must. Start here, thank me later

Ok why is this place so inconsistent now? It used to always be consistently good, but lately whenever we go it's never consistent. Just came back again today and my drink was so bland.
I usually get the Taro Lover and it never disappoints. So good every time. The place itself is super cute, and the staff is always friendly and fast. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.
Yo, it's Teaspoon. If you don't know...then get it going here to experience all the goodiness they have to offer. I'm from a boba-dominant city...and this place along Brew Tea Bar are the only ones here that really hit differently for me. Say less, do more: Do ittt!!!
Cute little shop with tons of options. The size is more than generous. Perfect for a little pick me up while I run errands.
First time trying this place and I love it! The inside is well designed. There are lots of charging ports by the seats (USB & Plug In). The service was amazing! She was super nice and helpful. The coffee itself was delicious! We got the Vietnamese Coffee, 50% sweetness with boba added. Would 100% recommend adding the boba! Came out to be about $8 plus a tip for a large! Will be back here for sure (:
The drinks are delicious and the service is always on point. When craving a refreshing boba tea Teaspoon is always at the top of my list. We opted for the Thai tea, Matcha Royal with strawberry and Guava Sunset today, and while they were all delicious we were a big fan of the matcha royal! The matcha flavor wasn't too overpowering, and the hint of strawberry made it even better.
Came here for a drink. The place was clean and offer some seating. There was only one employee making drinks but she was quick. My son got a strawberry lemonade that was pretty good. I got the pineapple shine. I wish there was more tea flavor. I also forgot to ask for less sugar. It was overly sweet.
I was in the area late at night, around 10 pm, and was craving boba, so I stumbled upon this spot. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. They have a solid variety of boba drinks and plenty of toppings to choose from, plus some desserts on the menu. I decided to try the Strawberry Matcha Royale, but unfortunately, it didn't hit the mark for me. The matcha flavor was really strong and a bit bitter, making the drink feel way too heavy. It wasn't the refreshing, balanced flavor I was hoping for. I think they could benefit from tweaking the recipe--maybe adding more milk or a bit more sweetener to make it smoother and more enjoyable.

Greeted with a hello upon entering. The menu is clear with different options. I choose a passion fruit tea ith the assistance of the barista. The drink was refreshing, and I loved that it was made with actual passion fruit. The drink was not too sweet. The tea place is small and beautiful with light music playing. read more

Unlike any other boba shop, this place was happy to have fresh drinks on the tea base. I don't enjoy drinking boba, so I often go to brew-tea, and I wanted to try another menu here again. I drank guava sunset, a popular menu, but it's a little sweet, so I want to try a green tea base drink next time. The staff were kind and the uncommons itself was trendy, so I think I will come often. read more
Love their Boba and the place is big and very clean. There is 30 minute parking in front of the store. So far the boba is very good quality. There are Macarons for sale as well. Service is superb as the staff where polite and very engaging and friendly. They also help you choose and they also have some samples. I wish the construction there finishes soon then this place will be packed. It is right across the Durango Station. read more

I was excited to see Teaspoon in Vegas. The space itself is huge compared to the Polk Street location in SF, and drinks were about $0.50 cheaper. We came here twice, once on a Tuesday evening when it was about 85-90 degrees outside, and once on a weekend afternoon when it was about 105 degrees. On a Tuesday evening, The Uncommons was completely packed although not necessarily with Teaspoon drinkers. On the weekend, both the outdoor area of The Uncommons and the shop itself were pretty empty. Between the two days, we got the flamingo, grasshopper, and paradise lime, and all were delicious. I hope more California imports make their way to Vegas soon! read more
Nice spot located in the Uncommons. Parking was fairly easy but just incase you cannot find some along the street side. The garage parking area is located right down the street. The shop itself is bright and smells like candy! Large selections were very visibile upon arrival which made it easy for ordering. Onev thing that I noticed when we sat down after ordering are the electical sockets that are available when you seat. That is a great idea for someone who wants to work on their laptop and have a nice drink. Staff was super friendly. We chose two drinks, Strawberry Colada and the White Crystal drink along with a dulce de leche macaroon. Loved everything! Definity a nice little place to stop into if you are in the area. Loooove Teaspoon for their great selection of refreshing teas. So happy this location has opened. The shop is clean and aesthetic. This place is dangerously close to my place and I love the location it's in. This place is located at The Uncommons and continues to expand with so much potential restaurants, coffee shops and etc. The place is new, so clean, and very simple. It is a little small inside and can be occupied but I'd rather take a walk outside and find the many seating elsewhere, it's so peaceful during the nigh-time especially. For ordering, you can order through a self-serve kiosk or with an employee at the register. Teaspoon is one of my favorite drinks spot now. I generally have to adjust all my drink's sweetness but this place I don't have to. Their drinks are not too sweet, just how I like them! I've been checking out their Classics ( Liquid Gold & Taro Lover) but next time I'll most definitely check out their Signature drinks. Their menu is tempting --the drinks descriptively sound great and visually so pretty. If you can't decide on toppings, they are displayed neatly behind a glass and you can always ask for a samples. I love the different variety of toppings provided and the fact how you can taste something before ordering. I have yet to check out their macrons and I am excited to try out the different flavors provided. The staff are always helpful when needed and are always nice every time I visit. read more

got the black sugar assam and was disappointed.. they said they were out of the black sugar and they said it'll taste fine without it but it tasted like water and boba. i tried changing to the silky mango but she talked me out of it, i still drank it bc it was late and didn't want them to remake it. there was also chunky white specks ?? read more

The drinks are delicious. You can choose from a variety of boba and sweet drinks. There is a good selection of desserts. I would recommend the lady bug or guava sunset. Will definitely come here again! read more
Great spot for boba and dessert. It's a little hidden but the not far at all. The entire shopping and eating complex is pretty small so you're bound to find it. Staff is friendly and really enjoy serving. Boba teas are great and so are their macaroons. The atmosphere is low key and chill. Music isn't crazy loud. I will be back to try more. read more
Came to check out the Uncommons for the first time when dropping off our rent check in another building. Upon entry, Teaspoon is a fun little boba shop with a few tables and brightly colored interior. The workers were standing next to the register in the middle of a conversation with each other, which they continued as we stood there looking at the menu. I would have appreciated a greeting, or an offer for help, or something lol. Oh well. After I asked, they recommended the guava drink (guava sunrise? I think?), which we ended up trying. Boba was very soft, almost too soft. The drink itself was wayyyy too sweet. It was served in layers to look pretty, but it definitely needed to be thoroughly mixed to be drinkable. Two boba cost me $15, which is pretty steep compared to other places. Nothing to write home about. Convenient if you're in the area doing other things. read more

My favorite boba place closed down recently so I was so pleased to try Teaspoon. This has probably taken the spot for my favorite boba place. The black sugar assam tea is extremely flavorful and tastes so refreshing. It has the perfect amount of sweetness. I went during opening week, when everything was buy one get one free. I think that was the only time that this boba would be worth it. About seven dollars for one boba drink is crazy. Besides the price, the drinks are pretty decent. I did enjoy the strawberry colada. The milk tea however had to be made with oat milk because they ran out of cows milk. Love their drinks and they are always so nice to us. We've been coming here for a while now and it's nice they open late since we get off work around 8 or 9pm. My fav drink is the guava sunset with almond pudding. My girlfriend likes the violet latte (ube drink) Give them a shot, they're a bit hard to find in the uncommons but it's worth it read more

We heard good reviews of Teaspoon, so we went there not sure what to except. The parking was a bit inconvenient, as you will most likely have to park in a ramp and walk to the restaurant. Parking is free up to 2 hrs, and there are about 4 spots in front of the restaurant but I have a feeling they fill up quick. Hopefully this will change when the plaza is fully open, it is still under construction as of now. 5-17-23 The Teaspoon itself does not have any restrooms inside you have to walk out and use the restroom attached to the building. Which was very clean and huge. The service was excellent. I want to give a shout-out to VALARIE . She was exceptional with her personality and knowledge. She went out of the way to help us out. Was also super friendly and upbeat. If you have a chance ask for her. The drinks we had ordered was a grasshopper and black sugar assam both came with boba. Both drink where made fresh, and the boba was also fresh. The boba was soft and tasted just right. We also ordered the macaron flight which was out of this world the flavors tasted just like there where supposed to. Spot on . Also very fresh and soft when you bit them. The colors were very vibrant. P.S. I forgot to add you can also get toppings for your drinks teaspoon has a good selection of toppings. Hidden in the corner of a new and upcoming shopping center, you wouldn't know this place existed if it wasn't for word of mouth of Google. Nice small place with a modern look. I was in and out of there in minutes as service was quick and friendly. Only downside is the menu seems limited in choices in comparison to other boba places but they do have some unique concoctions that other places don't have. Drinks were good. read more

Tried this cute new boba place for the first time. We were pleasantly greeted with the most cheerful cashier. I wanted something caffeine free and lactose free so I tried the guava sunset, while my husband ordered the black sugar assam. I wasn't too impressed with my drink. It tasted like a step up from a Caprisun. But my husband's boba milk tea was delicious. The bobas were chewy and sweet and the drink was creamy and tasty. When I'm not pregnant, I'll have to come back for the teas. They use eco friendly bamboo straws, which surprisingly didn't disintegrate during use. read more

This place is tucked away on a side street within the uncommons plaza and can easily be missed if not paying attention. Parking was super easy as there is street parking right out front as well as a parking lot within the shopping center very close by. We ordered 2 brown sugar milk tea and it was super fresh and prices were reasonable. The only thing I wished would have been different was the thickness of the brown sugar sauce. Although it was tasty, I prefer it to be a little thicker and sweeter. Overall I'll definitely be back to try more of their teas and the coladas. read more

I drove about 15 mins to get to this spot because on google it said they close at 11pm. I got here at 10:25, the doors were locked and the open sign was still on. Someone was mopping and clearly ignoring that me and my bf were standing there. We double checked the hours on YOUR door and it CLEARLY states they are open until 11pm. Whoever was mopping was doing a really good job at ignoring us because we knocked on the door and called them twice. If you close earlier than what it states on YOUR door and on google then Update it. Don't waste people's time because of a mistake on YOUR end. read more

Mood- That New Spot I saw a couple of pictures of this place and new it was a must try. It is the flavors that were offered that truly drew my attention to where this day it was a must. This is their first location in Vegas as they are a common staple in California Upon entering was quickly greeted. I was asked if I had any questions re: the menu. I didnt as there are pictures show casing the many different beverages offered. So I asked what was their favorite and given two options. I opted for the Strawberry Colada with a lychee boba. Now can I say I was blown away. Most def. Can I say the flavor lasted all the way until the beverage was finished and not watered down in the slightest. 100% - one thing that I love is that they offer dairy substitutions as well. Interior is light and airy. There are a few table chair arrangements. Along with a booth back and couple of tables. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background. The mural is beautiful. Would most def recommend - pricing is typical for MT/BOBA places. The customer service was on point. They were so friendly and courteous. Whomever hired the 2 ladies that were behind the counter when I went in that day did an awesome job!!!! Location is Durango/215 ( Brand new community called the UnCommons) - the parking is tricky if you are trying to park out front as there are not that many spots. Hope your parallel parking game is on point. There is a parking garage not to far away as well. read more

Can any of the Boba teas, cream/milk, drinks and/or coffee drinks be made vegan? Everything looks so pretty and so good. I would like to try some but I have to be sure that you have vegan options. Thank you in advance!
