Food (5/5): Came here again and this time got the Halloween special which included pumpkin and boba jelly. I was a little bit unsure of how it would taste but ended up being pleased when I got it. It's not too sweet and the pumpkin surprisingly put a good flavor. Service (4/5): The tablets are convenient and the drinks came out fast. No frills service. Ambiance (4/5): Nice store for quick pick up that looks clean and well lit.

(Overall: C) - Teazzi provides a different take on boba a variety of fresh fruit tea options. I personally found their execution to make the drinks perhaps watery and mild than I would've liked, but I do enjoy the fact that I can clearly tell that they are using fresh ingredients. (Apple Four Seasons Tea: D) - I enjoyed the presence of the fresh fruit, but found this to be somehow worse than combining apple juice and tea together, that I couldn't quite rationalize what, so much so I had to confirm by combining apple juice and tea together. (Peach Four Seasons Tea: D) - I went back a second time to see if the first experience was off, but was startled to found this repeated with the peach version. I enjoy the fresh fruit flavors in the tea, but I think their method of pressing fruit to juice these is causing the drink to be watered down compared to the normal way to infuse the fruit via a concentrated syrup. -- Food: -1 Presentation: E Price: E Atmosphere: E Service: E Menu: +1 Overall: +0 C Insta/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

It is a no frills boba place with no dine in and a bench to wait. They have two kiosks to order and a cashier. It's super convenient to anyone living in Jersey City since it's very close to the Grove Street path station. I got the house special milk tea which already comes with oats so you can feel healthy even if you have 100% sugar and boba.

Teazzi is known to have slightly better teas than the average shop, and I was glad to see this location open in Jersey City a few months ago. It is very small - you have to grab-and-go your drinks - and it can get very busy! They have 3 self-order stations and the front counter to order at. This location also has a board where you can see how many orders are ahead of yours so you have an idea of how long it will take. What I love about Teazzi is their huge range of tea flavors, and that you can customize both sugar and ice levels from 0% to 100% The cup sizes are larger than average which makes the prices a pretty good deal. I usually get the black tea or a seasonal fruit tea ($5.75) with boba, which came to $6.13 after tax. Occasionally I have had an order messed up, probably because it gets so busy things can get swapped or poured into the wrong cup.

I've been here a few times now and I noticed that the quality of their tea (depending on what you get) generally seems to be better than your average boba place.  However, it definitely comes at a higher price. After trying a few different teas, I'd say that they're pretty good at making darker teas.  I also enjoy drinking jasmine (green) milk tea and when I tried theirs I didn't think it was as good so I'd continue getting their oolongs, pu'er or other dark teas in the future. Topping wise they're pretty solid, I've tried their boba and grass jelly.  They will only allow you to add grass jelly for cold beverages since they're worried it'll melt though I've gotten it in hot drinks elsewhere before. Overall, a solid spot for bubble tea if you're willing to pay the higher price tag.  Good as a treat yourself spot for sure.  I'll definitely be back to try out other options!

Just for bubble milk tea. Good milk tea with the right sweetness. Bubbles were tenders and Q! Wish they added more bubbles, service is a bit slow

Lots of options and helpful staff. The fruit tea that I ordered was good, but not great. Will have to come back and try something different as it might have been my choice. It seems like a popular place.

They're usually passing out free samples, which was what caught our eye! On this day, they were handing out their Osmanthus Oolong Tea with Mango. It was so refreshing that my friend had to order this one! He added Coconut Jelly to his bev (+$1.50!). I opted for something less syrup-forward + got the Honey Osmanthus Oolong Tea. In hindsight, I should've added a topping to give the drink a little something extra, but I still enjoyed my bev a lot, nonetheless. Everything is one size. While their bevs are on the pricier side (+$1.50 for toppings!!), their quality makes up for it. We waited ~15 min for our drink, as they freshly brew the tea as well, providing the authentic flavor. You can tell that they craft their drinks with care, which is what makes this place deserving of their Michelin Guide status! Would have come back to try something else!

I was expecting a bigger drink for $10 but it's like the same size as ordering a milk tea at the bakeries. Guessing 12oz. You can customize sugar and ice levels. Cashier was kind and helpful. Place is open and clean. I thought they'd have kiosks to order but nope. I can't imagine waiting on a long line for this. Drinks were mediocre. The bubble volcano, essentially a brown sugar milk, didn't hit as it should. Lots of ice even though I picked less ice. Passion fruit green tea is good but not mind blowing. Also still sweet for "light sugar."

We had the raspberry tart and the milk cloud cake. Price points were very high, even for midtown pastries. I enjoyed the milk cloud cake because of the black tea infused cream really came through. The other bits in it were not as impressive--the small chocolate bits were dry and this viscous layer in it (tapioca?) lacked taste. The raspberry tart was very adorable with two macarons. The tart shell was a bit dry and crumbly, but if you like raspberry the flavor does come through in the filling. The staff weren't warm in any way, but we're in midtown which tends to be hectic, and we were there at the end of the day so it's not a dealbreaker or anything really egregious. The place isn't very spacious for seating, so unless you're coming at a time that isn't busy, you might not get a seat/I'd plan around getting your sweets to go. That was no problem for me this time around, though. Overall this place is cute, and if you're looking for an Asian-inspired treat in midtown before a broadway show (Wicked is nearby) this could be an option for you. I just wouldn't expect it to particularly standout in terms of price and quality.

Alongside these rotating creations, the café still serves the signature menu that has made HeyTea one of the most recognizable premium tea brands. The modern interior and fast-paced atmosphere fit perfectly with its Midtown location, making it an easy stop while exploring the area. During my visit, I tried both the Matcha 3.6 and the White 3.6. The Matcha 3.6 was the clear favorite, with a rich, creamy texture and a smooth matcha flavor that felt well balanced without being overly bitter. It had the high-quality tea taste that HeyTea is known for and was satisfying from start to finish. The White 3.6, on the other hand, didn't stand out as much for me. While it was still well made and used quality ingredients, the flavor felt a bit flatter and didn't leave the same impression as the matcha. That ultimately came down to personal preference rather than execution. One thing that continues to impress me about HeyTea is the consistency of its drinks. Even when a particular flavor isn't my favorite, the quality of the ingredients and preparation is noticeable. The Times Square location is especially worth visiting if you're interested in trying drinks that may not be available at other stores through the rotating HeyTea Lab menu. Overall, this is a great stop for anyone who already enjoys HeyTea or wants to explore some of the brand's more experimental offerings. The Matcha 3.6 is one I'd happily order again, and the unique HeyTea Lab concept makes this location feel a little more special than a standard tea shop.

Walking or public transportation is preferred here. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I got influenced on the heytea tealab on instagram and needed to try this place especially since heytea is my favorite boba spot. Ordering was interesting, as the place is busy, however I didn't put my order in until 20 minutes waiting and mind you no one was in front of me. They had a menu for the tealab itself and I ended up getting the Oolong 3.6. It uses a special oolong tea they source from Taiwan and pair it with a rich whole fat milk. There are some other very photogenic drinks out there, but I couldn't figure out what those drinks were. Next time! THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall the solo drink set me back around $10, but it gave me a nice caffeine rush to continue on the day.
