So I ended up having to go somewhere else for that. I'm still giving this business 4 stars though. I know they're new, and every new business deserves time to work out the kinks!

Stumbled across this place and I'm so glad I did! They're a coffee shop with pastries and boba drinks available. The shop is a little small with a little bit of bench seating and one table, but it works. I decided to go with an ube infused latte which was good. I didn't think the ube flavor was too strong but I did order another add shot of espresso which might've overpowered the ube flavor. Also, I really appreciated how the barista asked if our drinks were sweet enough before we left the shop. Amazing customer service!! I would stop by again for another drink if I'm in the area.

The Pineapple Bobo with coconut milk was another good one. Pineapple and boba worked surprisingly well together. Black Grape Cheese is still my go-to. I always get it with no sugar and it's honestly not sweet at all. Mango Sago is my husband's favorite. Even with no added sugar, it's still naturally sweet because the mango is so ripe. For fresh fruit tea in JC, this is still my favorite spot. Get the seasonal fruit drinks while they're available. And you might get lucky and see the cute guy working behind the counter.

It turns out that Mellow Tea is inside the Taste of North China restaurant. In terms of drinks, they have a good amount of choices. We got Jasmine Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea. In my opinion, the bubble tea was just ok. Both tasted really similar despite being different flavors and the boba was pretty hard/tough. I would recommend a different boba place, but if you're desperate, this place is ok.
