They also did the sweetheart and cake table linens in my color scheme but with different textured linens which was fun! Finally, they did my chair sashes which I was extra excited for because I asked them to add on these swirly embellishments! From the first time (of many) that I emailed 808 flipbooks, Jonathan was extremely easy to work with: totally responsive, informative, patient & professional. He really made everything as simple & convenient for me as possible. After much consideration, 808 Flipbooks definitely seemed to give us the most bang for our buck...great prices (all posted online), no "limit" to the number of copies they'll print of each booklet, free customized booklet covers, free video compilation (available online for months after the event!), etc. About a week before the event, Jonathan emailed me 6 or 7 different ideas for the cover, and we went back & forth a few times with until we came up with the final draft. The finished product was professional-grade & worked great for our theme. On the day of the event, Jonathan showed up almost 2 hours early--basically the earliest we were admitted into the venue--and he was so efficient that he finished his setup over an hour before the party started...then offered to HELP ME with the rest of my setup!! Their only needs were a 12' x 12' space, a 3-prong outlet, and two 6' tables... everything else, they brought themselves, including a lot of fun props--some specifically selected to go along with our theme. We were also welcome to add our own props to the selection. A few minutes BEFORE the designated start time, Jonathan & his wife got down to business, quickly & courteously serving every guest that wanted a flipbook. The line moved quickly (& everyone in line was cracking up, watching the people before them), and they were completely self-sufficient. Most importantly, everyone had a blast...multiple people even asked me for their contact info! Before I knew it (after the designated breakdown time), Jonathan & Cici were all packed up & waited very patiently & discreetly for their final payment. They absolutely understand how crazy things can get for the party host, and did everything I could've hoped for to accommodate me as a customer. Jonathan also sent me a very nice thank you email later, and assured me that he took his wife out for a very nice dinner that evening. We placed our order about 10 days in advance and we were able to work out everything on the phone with no issues (Thank you Mel!). They just asked us some questions - when, where, if they were able to use stakes in the grass and if we had an outlet available to use. The stakes and generator was provided by them. We paid $100 deposit and paid the rest on the day of delivery (total: $216) and we were lucky enough to get a Labor Day discount. Day of event - Warrior Bouncers called us and asked if it would be okay for them to come and set up early. We said yes and we were already setting up anyway. When they came, they worked sooo fast and efficiently. Sorry I didn't get any names!! But there were three of them, two guys and a lady and they were super nice too! We got the Bluey Purple Crush Combo which needed I think a 17x19 setup area in our backyard and fit perfectly with our large tent! In the bounce house we got, there was a little basketball hoop and slide. When they blew up the bounce house, I appreciated that they wiped down most of the dirty spots. After the event - they came a little bit past the pickup time and they were nice enough to let all the adults and kids get one last bounce in! They broke down and put everything away very quick. The staff are SO nice and very easy to work with. From reserving, setting up, breaking down everything went smoothly and awesome. We definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of bouncers (they also do rental equipment - chairs, tables, coolers, generators, tents).
