Called before and spoke to Austin about the 10 dollar discount if you made an appointment online, and he explained that the Pearlridge location couldn't take the reservation online, but if I came in I could get the discount. So we arrived a little after 12pm and although he was a little busy he said it would take only about 20 minutes. Went back a few minutes later because my girlfriend wanted to change her battery also and he said no problem and to come back about half hour. So we did and both were done. He ordered a Note 4 screen replacement in black when no other place could, or should I say would, because they only had white in stock, which they tried talking us into putting on a black phone! Other places kept asking "do you have insurance?" Yes, not that it should matter to them how I choose to use my warranty claims. With Justin there is no wasting time. He gets right to work. No excuses. No hassle. Phone calls are returned promptly, he emails you receipts right away for any parts ordered and keeps you up to date on the tracking info. For a brand new phone at the time he got it fixed within a week. He even took the time to explain how in the world this happened. Phone was dropped in the living room while in an Otter Box. The new style of the screens on the new Samsungs are dual layer and very sensitive. Not good in my opinion. Should've stayed with the Note 3 but thanks to Justin I saved my last warranty claim of the year and will use it when something worse and nonrepairable happens. Go here. Ask for Justin. This place is not recommended . Pretty new iPhone 7+ screen fixed there. Took 30 minutes and the first thing noticeable is the home button area screen is placed on not properly with "no warranty". Way worse color quality. The screen was sometimes unresponsive and sometimes the screen wouldn't work and just start pressing things that you don't want to be pressed. The screen moves automatically and it gets really annoying going back to a page you were originally at and it keeps moving you back. NOT RECOMMENDED! Save your money and go to an actual Apple store and get it fixed properly instead of retarted 3rd party repair businesses. You are all Warned! read more

I took our dead iPod touch in this morning to Jordan (I believe). He was great! Unfortunately the iPod couldn't be brought back to life but it wasn't for a lack of his trying! Unacceptable customer service. 7/22/2017 location PearlRidge kiosk was nice enough to quote me the wrong price before he (Chris) cracked open my iPad then called to require the service order. Claiming that my iPad Air 2 needed a digitizer and a LCD replacement and that yikes white face place is much more than the black face, thus I paid for the black ( because it was cheaper) one week goes by and no call. I stopped in to check on my special order only to find that the special order arrived but no phone call to say yes your special order has arrived. His response was oh yes it just arrived? That's small talk for someone screwed up and forgot to call. I worki in the customer service industry for years and I was just very apauled that tech Armor would fail in customer service. I trust their products but not the customer service. In closing when performing service repairs with tech armor, make sure parts are available, and don't pay for special orders Call TCA wireless or some other company first before you pay ten times over you will find that the price with labor is why cheaper. read more

Wow, Tech Amor saved the day. Mistakenly left my iPhone 4S in my pocket after diving into the water off the boat and thought my phone was ruined. The LED light came on and wouldn't turn off. I tried the recommended solutions like turning off/on the phone and placing it in rice to soak up the moisture but none of them worked. Took my phone down to Tech Armor Pearlridge at 8:30 pm where Chris took apart my phone and changed the camera/LED light. He then put it back together and the LED light was fixed as it didn't come on by itself. We then tried out the phone but it appeared there was also a problem with the phone speaker as he couldn't hear me when I called him. It was already 9:00 pm and all the stores were closing but Chris reassured me it was ok and proceeded to take the phone apart again. He blew all the parts dry, replaced the speaker, reassembled all the parts, screwed everything down and presto everything was working again. Something went wrong with both phones I paid $250, But he was willing to help me out by changing my screen and replacing my battery since my battery went bad for free. I dropped my phone and it stopped working. I had no idea what was wrong with it. I was really upset thinking I'd have to get a new phone and lost everything on it.
