Before purchasing, I was assured that if I was unhappy with the results, I would receive a refund. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time and waited over 2.5 hours. James later explained he had been drinking heavily the night before and had failed to bring the necessary parts. At that point I requested a refund before any work was performed, but was repeatedly pressured to continue. The promised performance gains were never delivered. The only noticeable change was an artificial sound added to the vehicle, and the vehicle's performance did not improve anywhere close to what was represented. I later learned that the tune was not actually being created by the person who represented himself as the tuner. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and reminders of the refund promise, I was ultimately told "Sorry, no refunds." Based on my experience, I believe the service was misrepresented and the promised results were not delivered. I am still requesting a full refund.

I bought a 2014 Shelby GT 500 about 6 months ago and for the first month it rode like a true Beast…read morebut then I started having issues and went to 2 other places that sold me this part and that part and the check engine light just kept coming on so I took it to the Ford dealership and they replaced the PCM, Powertrain control module then it was ok on the drive home from G burg but the next day the check engine light and the Do not drive yellow wrench lit up so I had it towed back to the dealer who if they looked hard enough on their own they would've noticed oversized fuel injectors and adjusted the PCM accordingly. I even sent them a screenshot of every hi performance part on the car and they also knew I had a tune on the car but my bad as I should've gone to this business first as it would've been fixed the first time and I would've saved a S load of money. Right when I pulled into RSPDMV and told the owner Jimmy about the new PCM and popped the hood he knew exactly and I mean EXACTLY what the issue was and recalibrated my PCM and installed a newer better tune. He just pulled out his laptop and plugged it into my car and after about an hour my Shelby was humming like the Beast she is!!! These are top notch mechanics and computer wizards and EXACTLY the type of people us non mechanics need to know so we don't get jerked around and the work is done right the first time! I definitely will be bringing all my vehicles here to be serviced and I just wish I had found them earlier Thank you Jimmy and all your crew for a job well done and for bringing my stress level down to zero! I was referred to J & B, made an appointment, and within 15 minutes of walking through the door Marvin had already figured out what the problem was. I didn't have to leave my car there and get a ride home because once diagnosed, they fixed my car on the spot. Actually, they saved me about $4,000 by catching something that would have easily turned into a much bigger problem. I am going back to have my rotors and break pads done as well: )

Even after all of this, they did a botched job on the body of my BMW by using mostly after market parts to appease the insurance company instead of whats ascetically best . The work was so bad I had them redo my front bumper and even afterwards, I still wasn't entirely pleased with the results. After this nightmare, i still held back on writing a bad review until I recently went to bmw to get my lights replaced by. They pointed out how the headlights were not installed properly but glued on. Yes, glued on! We always go to Parson for a second opinion, b/c he knows the business and we can trust him. He said there was a very small leak and that replacing the steering column was not necessary. It also did not have anything to do with the reason why the car was having issues. He fixed the car and recommended watching it and if it gets worse, then we should go back. He's a gem!
