Disclaimer: I ended up not using CARP because Felipe was so honest and transparent. I reached out to get a fender dent fixed because I was trading a car in and multiple places gave similar quotes. I explained I didn't want to spend a ton of money as I was just selling the car right after repair. Felipe called me and told me that he would be happy to help, but that it may not be worth it based on my circumstances. I ended up selling the car with the dent and still got a great price for it. The towing service I used dropped my car off at CARP over the weekend and within 1 business day, CARP found the issue (alternator) and repaired my car same-day! They also guaranteed the work for 2 years. Reasonable prices, excellent service; this will keep me coming back in the future. After a recent visit to the Honda dealership due to a mandatory recall, I was told that my 2013 Honda Odyssey needed some much needed maintenance. This was stuff like an oil change, brake fluid change, spark plug replacement, transmission fluid change, battery replacement, etc. For everything they were recommending, the dealer quoted me over $500 for labor and parts. I held off so I could do some research from other shops. I'm SO glad I did. My research around local auto shops brought me to CARP Auto Service and I was introduced to Cris. Cris and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and gave me the education needed for me to identify what work was necessary versus what could wait. Not only was CARP a good $100 cheaper than the next lowest quote I received, I was able to get my car back the same day I dropped off.
