He said I would have to pay half of the service and take the phone and he would have a new screen overnighted. This was a Friday and the new screen didn't get put on until the following Monday, so I paid the rest of the service on monday. After getting the new screen on Monday within A week of having the screen I picked up my phone to see 2 lines back on the left side of the screen in the same spot as before. I called him to explain what was going on and was aware of their LIFETIME warranty. He told me I must have done something to it and there's nothing he can do but would call me back. Never heard from him again. Went in a week later after waiting to hear back. Told me it wasn't that big of a deal and I can't prove it was his fault that the screen is clearly defective. Safe to say they do NOT honor their "Lifetime Warranty" and do not value their customers time or money. Would NOT recommend.

It was missing several screens. And the screens they use are a local Michigan company called Siren (not sure if I have the correct spelling) that cost around $10. $200 screen my ass. My second time as a customer proved more difficult than the first. My phone screen cracked and went in to replace it. The first screen was defected. Because of the manufacturer warranty they replaced it. But apparently with a $100 more expensive one. However it doesn't matter because my screen is impossible to type on. It keeps changing the letters & typing letters or words that I don't type. He claims his testing is accurate - testing isn't typing words but letters slowly, one at a time in the "TO" of a text message. Had he tried typing he would be as frustrated as I am right now trying to type this. I showed him but he claims it was my typing. The screen that I had to get repaired was from my first time getting my screen replaced there. So I know it's possible to act normal. However he refused to listen, or test it out via typing a paragraph even though it has a manufacturers warranty. Also- the repair job was so bad the screen came unplugged from normal use within 30 min. I have dropped my phone thousands of times I'm sure but never has the screen unplugged. Listen.. I don't want to be in your store any longer than I have to. But it's time to make this right. Yelp makes me give at least 1 star but with a 25% success rate & awful customer service I'd really like to give negative stars. Edited to add: After not receiving a phone call from the owner I called the store. The same tech refuses to understand that the screen he put on doesn't work. He claims I'm trying to coerce him into something... into what exactly? I'm not asking for an additional product, I never asked for have a (supposedly) more expensive screen to be put on. I asked to have a screen that doesn't malfunction. He claimed because I walked in without a case on it, that that proves I dropped it. It proved nothing. I didn't drop it, I didn't want to bother bringing the case in with me. What I think they do is put on a terrible screen, customer comes back when it doesn't work & they seem "better" when they put on a "more expensive one". When really they're all shitty products. Because this has happened not once, but twice. He also said he'll appeal this review when it's completely accurate. This is literally the most ridiculous customer service I've ever received. Avoid at ALL cost.

It only needed a port cleaning and he saved us money. Very honest and reliable service I highly recommend. They repair all sorts of other electronics as well.

I wasn't happy because it was more money but nicely explained that I was just doing this to turn it into Sorint. The guys were so nice even asking which sprint I go to telling me how picky certain stores are about the trade-ins. I did end up getting the LCD/glass done and Dillon gave me a great deal and they were very fast. Phone looks great and works perfectly - almost don't want to turn it in now!! Definitely would recommend and if I have another problem (hopefully I don't) I will ABSOLUTELY be returning! Overall - friendly, fast, honest, and very well priced!!!
