Amazon would've taken a couple of days too many for me. I decided to look for "PC repair' in the Pt Washington, NY, Manhasset, NY areas. I called Henry, who was not in the office, and explained the situation. He immediately offered some thermal paste free of charge and called his assistant back at the office that I was on my way. Gladys was charming and helpful. I had my paste in a minute, returned home, and was able to be my son's hero. What's that worth, folks? I don't know how he gets here, but it certainly isn't the shortest way, which is through the South Mountain Reservation, which is about 40-minute drive. It would have been nice if he had told me in advance and not just left me with no one to repair my computers. He was rude about it and unprofessional.
