I went by the store yesterday 01/27/2016. I had a big emergency with my phone. I work from home and do not have a house phone so my cell phone is my life line. My LG G4 went blank on me and I had to wait 2 days for Verizon to send me another phone. I obviously could not wait that time I have a LG G3 has my back-up phone but the screen cracked. I rushed over to the store and was taken care of by the store manager Luis Fuentes who was absolutely awesome!!! He understood my problem and issue about needing a working phone right away. He unfortunately at the moment did not have the part in stock. But because of his amazing customer service skills and understanding customers needs he started making calls and was able to get my part within a couple of hours and fixed my phone within 15 mins. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. Chris was just amazing and was able to fix the screen on my iPad, which got rid of the "ghost typing" problem (tablet goes crazy and opens windows on its own). I had almost trashed my iPad before going to Dr Phone Fix. My iPad screen had cracked in the past, and I made the mistake of taking it to a kiosk at a mall. Chris asked me where I had repaired the iPad before because they had used tape and glue inside the iPad when they made the repair. No wonder my iPad was not the same! Now my iPad is like new again, and they fixed it for a really good price. Best of all, they told me that I have a warranty on their work! The place is also really nice, and the employees wear lab coats, which is cool. They also sell cases and accessories. For those who don't like installing glass onto their screens (I know I always leave bubbles), they even offer a lifetime glass replacement plan. Run, don't walk, to Dr Phone Fix. I have visited this place multiple times in the past year for 3 screen replacements (yes, I am kind of a klutz), and the latest was for my iPhone unlock to connect it elsewhere. Needless to say the staff at Dr. PhoneFix are both knowledgeable and friendly and the services provided are nothing less than wonderful. They make sure you're satisfied with their work, in my case the colors of my replacement screen were dull and they didn't hesitate to try a new screen. I was really impressed with how genuinely helpful they are. While waiting for my phone to be repaired (which doesn't take longer than 30 minutes!) I witnessed multiple customers coming in for jammed buttons and other issues where one of the team members would fix right away with no charge! Just to help! We know any other company will be quick to say "that'll be $10." And may I add prices are SUPER reasonable. Thank you guys! This review is for a specific visit at this establishment. I was experiencing issues with the charging port on my iPhone six after reading about similar issues I thought it may be a dirty port or the port needed to be replaced. I went into the establishment explained what my issue was and that I would be taking a very long road trip on my motorcycle and I needed to ensure that my phone would properly charge. They took my phone and cleaned the port and made sure that it was charging properly and did not charge me any fees for services. I was satisfied that his conclusion of my problem being a dirty port was the best course of action. Very courteous and very quick service. I will be taking my other devices to this establishment to be looked at for any maintenance issues that they might require. read more

I just left Dr.PhoneFix in Kendall and what a great experience I've had there! I usually never leave reviews at places I go to but this shop really blew my mind with the customer service! I was welcomed and assisted instantly. I went in because my camera on my iPhone 7 was having issues and they were able to fix the problem within 15 minutes! The owner, Luis, helped me and explained to me the issue on the camera, which I loved because other places I've been to never take the time to do that. Great service!! I took in my samsung galaxy s3 that will not charge at all no matter which way I move my charger. After trying multiple chargers, I was convinced there was no fix. I walked in to this store and there where two techs in the store and both where very attentive and highly knowledgable of what they where talking about. Said they have seen this issue plenty of times and even offered to check it out for FREE! They told me to come back in and hour, and little did i know, my phone was charging perfect! My phone appeared to be hopelessly dead before I decided to go to their store. Remarkably, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it there on the spot. There was very little wait time and they explained what was wrong with the phone, my options for the types of repairs available, cost, and the steps for retrieving the data after the fix. Ruben was the tech who attended to me and performed the troubleshooting on the issues with the phone. He was knowledgeable and friendly. My Iphone 6 suddenly died. The touch to the screen did nothing. I studied the internet and Youtube and got more misled. Started thinking of a new phone but Googled Iphone repair near me which led me to Dr Phone Fix. Went in and the counter guy said let me open it and see if I see something. 15 minutes later, Chris, the counter guy, came out and said it was the screen and now it works. okay so last weekend I went to Thailand to ride elephants with my boyfriend, it was just a spur of the moment type of thing! As we were going down a hill I wanted to take a picture of the beautiful scenery but my silly self dropped the phone and it landed straight on a rock. My phone was CRUSHED! My phone had water damage. While I waited, Vanesa helped another customer, an elderly lady, who was having trouble figuring out how to turn on her phone. Samsung Note 5 repair. Great customer service. We're able to get the part (OEM) I needed and do the repair in a timely fashion. Will definitely use again for any repairs needed. Edit: I felt the need to come back and say that although I had an issue after the repair (Samsung repairs are extremely difficult to get correct on the first try) they stood by their work and fixed every problem without any excuses.
