I went to this venue to talk to a technician that I had previously spoken to on the phone the day prior. He had asked me to come in so that he could see the issue with my phone in person as he didn't want to commit to something that he could not do. The space is small, but the service is huge. Luis helped me out with my issue. While I didn't actually get my phone fixed here, he was extremely helpful with me and tried to give my phone a temporary patch. He also was kind enough to send me a work order so that I could explain to my bank (I was disputing work done by another shop) what issues I was having with the phone. Today I went to Dr. Phone Fix and brought in my iPhone 5S. I dropped it the night before and damaged the LCD screen underneath the digitizer. Melanie was such a great help. So glad I came here! Vanessa greeted me with a great smile and a wonderful attitude. I had several issues; a cracked screen on my iPad 2 and my iPhone 6 Plus was giving me issues. She instantly said my iPad was completely fixable and it took an hour to make it look good as new. She looked at my iPhone 6 Plus, checked it out, and told me that the issue I was having was probably still under warranty and that I should go to the Apple store and have them take care of the problem. Horrific Service. They leave your phone messed up so you can come back in a week and pay To get it fixed. The lady who works there claims their vendor sells them high quality products... Either their vendor is shit or their staff doesn't know how to do a good job. I fixed my screen and LCD. By the 5th day the whole screen fell off. Then they fixed it.. Two days later the LCD (or whatever it's called breaks again) Of course I had to pay again with apparently a "discounted" bullshit price. I've never had any phone fixing company ask me to leave my passcode..... Why do you need access to my phone. And let me tell you, now I can see my screen perfectly but I am not able to scroll down on my emails. My phone is clicking things without me actually touching it. They use shit products. I've paid probably over $500 dollars and have gone four times in the last 3 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. read more
