When I arrived - which was 10 minutes prior to my appointment as instructed - I was greeted by a welcoming staff. I promptly filled out my paperwork and my examination actually began with me visiting Dr. Rubin first. This is different as I typically see the optometrist last. However, he was very friendly and had great bedside manner. He made the experience very enjoyable. I explained my eye issues that I had been dealing with over the last few years - and he was able to quickly address them and even referenced me to a specialist.
