I've only ever had Brazilians and they have all taken less than 15 minutes, tops--probably less than 10 minutes if I really timed them. The waiting room and actual rooms are pretty cool. I'm not usually one to buy products but I've personally bought their 50 Grit Body Exfoliator bath towel for after care. It's really big so I cut it in half to double its lifetime and I've seen positive results! Their lobby and space is amazingly decorated, a mix between cozy and modern feminism.
