Came in super last minute but they took me anyways! They did a wonderful job on my back teeth. I had to get my retainer wire removed. The lobby was nice and welcoming, very clean and organized. I didn't even have to wait to get seen and the person working on my teeth, Kevin, did a great job. He made sure I didn't have any discomfort. Anytime I would feel discomfort he said to raise my left hand and he would stop and recalibrate. There was great communication. They had very nice quality tooth brushes at the end that I got to use to brush my teeth with and they were pre-pasted with no mess and paper towels were in stock the sink was touch less, super nice and very clean as well. My daughter broke her jaw 2 years ago and was referred by her TOP-NOTCH oral surgeon! She needed braces in hopes this would help with her headaches. Unfortunately 2 years later we are still dealing with insurance claims and monies owed to us. To say the least...there is sub-par billing, with little to no effort in resolving this matter. I have called, texted and emailed asking to speak with the owner (since they do not have biller or office manager) all to no avail. I was told "the doctor doesn't get involved with this".....and apparently the staff doesn't either. Long story short, this was a MEDICAL claim that would have been paid at 100% because they are in network with their local BS plan. Well, nothing was paid because there was an NPI/Credentialing issue that was never taken care of with BS by the staff at Affliated Orthodontics . Don't trust them when they say "it was taken care and you are fine to start therapy now. We will reimburse you your $800 deposit.". I spent countless hours on the phone with my insurance company making sure this would be paid at 100% because our out of pocket had been met and we would owe nothing. So frustrating not to even get a call from the powers that be to get this matter resolved. read more

Nick is hands down my favorite assistant/mouth gear tech. He always puts me and my daughter at ease and is gentle and understanding and funny. He is very methodical and makes sure things are done the best they can be. It helps that he talks you through the adjustments which seems to make them hurt less. We all know how fun those adjustments can be lol. This office is great and Dr Teeters and Womack have a lot of knowledge in their field. The smiles that come out of here are proof.
